Ever since Tony Stark had opened his private shop, other members had gradually followed suit, selling specialty goods or accepting special commissions.
For example, Black Zetsu's shop only sold one item — the Bracelet-type Personal Terminal.
Mu Yang had scattered countless of these terminals across different worlds. Those that landed in the Naruto world were mostly recovered by Black Zetsu's White Zetsu clones, then listed for sale in his shop.Each terminal was priced at 35,000.

As for the others… he'd go with the flow.
It'd be fine to leave a few Vice Admirals at headquarters to keep up appearances.If everyone there was actually a disguised clone, things could get out of hand in an emergency.

"In the next few days. I'll contact you when it's time."
After ending the chat, Sengoku picked up his Den Den Mushi and ordered a messenger to summon all officers of Vice Admiral rank and above for a meeting.

In the New World, somewhere within Whitebeard's territory, the Moby Dick was quietly sailing.

First — Impel Down was a tower-shaped prison built into the ocean.If he used too much force, he might shatter the structure entirely, turning it into a flooded ruin.
In that case, Ace would have almost a 100% chance of drowning.

Just in case, Whitebeard bought items from the shop to address those potential problems.
The second issue was Sengoku.
As a fellow shop member, anything Whitebeard could access, Sengoku could too.He feared Sengoku might set up some kind of countermeasure.
