Standing in the corridor between two buildings, Shisui leaned against the wall, not particularly surprised.
Mary Geoise was the headquarters of the World Government. As the ruling power of the entire world, how could the guards here possibly be weak?

Shisui swung his blade, eliminating the three.
Looking up, he saw that the rooftops on both sides of the corridor were completely lined with black suits.
"Whoa! That's scary!"
As Shisui's exaggerated tone echoed, the black suits atop the roofs began attacking in unison.
"Finger Pistol!"
A barrage of compressed air bullets poured down like a torrential storm.
Naturally, Shisui couldn't just stand there and take the hits. A single flicker-step carried him sideways and into a spacious street.

Air bullets and slashing attacks flew toward Shisui. He continued evading toward different directions, but every time he dodged, a black suit would appear beside him with high-speed movement, launching another attack.
Surrounded by a group of Rokushiki experts, Uchiha Shisui found himself temporarily troubled. The nonstop chain of attacks left him busy with nothing but dodging and defending.
People from the One Piece world generally had far superior physical strength compared to those from the Naruto world. In close-quarters combat, Shisui not only failed to gain even the slightest advantage—he was actually at a disadvantage.
But he wasn't in complete trouble, either. Although the black suits were strong in melee due to their mastery of the Six Powers, their resistance to genjutsu was just as poor as anyone else's.
