Chapter 26 - Chapter 26: Sitri

Scene One: Dialogue of the Dragons and the Trial

The entire forest still trembles under the majesty of the dragons. Leaves fall like rain, and the black sky is torn by flashes of red and blue lightning, like swords splitting the heart of the horizon.

Hades stands there, drenched in sweat, his breath heavy, his hands trembling as he tries to control the mana surging violently through his body. Before him stands Zagoron, the colossus of shadows, his wings enclosing him like eternal night, and his voice echoing like the roar of hell:

Zagoron (with a demonic smile):

"Let's see… little one… will you endure? Or will you shatter like an insect beneath my claws?"

He suddenly extends his wing, opening his mouth, a massive fireball gathering between his fangs, burning red like the embers of hell.

Hades raises his arm, his eyes glowing with a mix of fear and defiance. Mana bursts from his body, but it is unstable, like a boiling river on the verge of explosion.

Before the attack is unleashed, Zigrid's voice resounds, calm yet sharp as a dagger:

Zigrid:

"Stop… Zagoron."

But Zagoron growls with laughter, releasing his attack nonetheless. The flames surge toward Hades, but suddenly the air freezes.

Invisible chains of mana, thick as sacred shackles, seize Zagoron's body and halt him in place.

Zigrid (with cutting coldness):

"I said… stop."

Zagoron's roar echoes:

"Do you still protect humans?! How long will you amuse yourself with this nonsense?!"

Zigrid's smile is cold as ice:

"This little one… is not yours. Not yet."

Thalgron, the white Dragon King, remains silent for a moment, his eyes like silent embers of lightning, observing the scene. Then, in his deep voice that fills the horizon:

Thalgron:

"Zigrid… why did you reveal your Mana Domain?"

Zigrid laughs, his voice like a whistle of death:

"Hahaha… finally you speak. Silent king… do you deny that the earth trembled when I opened Tartarus?"

Thalgron (with firm anger):

"You cursed skull, I ask you—why did you open it before a weak boy?"

Zigrid (with mocking cheer):

"Don't you see? I'm teaching him."

Thalgron's eyes flash with lightning, and his voice slows as if carving a fateful path:

"I knew… a day like this would come."

Zagoron bursts into mocking laughter:

"Hahaha! Hear this, Thalgron… Zigrid is trying to teach a human the Mana Domain! Humans are incapable… except for one. The one we met a hundred years ago!"

Hades bites his lip, steps forward, his voice trembling yet strong:

"There was one before me… yes. He challenged his limits and opened his own Domain. It was not complete, but it felled two demon generals… and severed Morlock's arm."

Hades' words silence the forest. Even Zagoron stopped laughing for a moment.

Thalgron stares at the boy for a long time, as if trying to pierce his soul:

"Inside you lies something… I cannot describe it. But it is there. Perhaps… that is why Zigrid chose you."

Hades, though exhausted, does not lower his gaze.

Zagoron exhales flames from his nostrils in scorn:

"Just illusions. Nothing more."

The scene closes on a clash of gazes:

Zagoron, furious at the thought of a human defying dragons.

Thalgron, contemplative as if seeing a prophecy.

Hades, standing with defiance despite his weakness.

Zigrid, smiling with a mysterious grin hiding secrets unspoken.

Scene Two: The Hell of Lucifer

In another realm, within an endless hell, Lucifer sits upon his throne of black bones and burning iron. His long fingers rise slowly toward the third gate.

The gate, a wall of burning stone, engraved with obscure runes screaming with the voices of butchered souls.

When Lucifer touched the central sigil, the gate exploded with crimson flames.

Tongues of fire roared, and darkness manifested into the shape of a man. His steps were slow, his presence announcing itself as if the world declared his coming.

A tall young man emerged from the gate. His face was a blend of demonic beauty and absolute cruelty. His silver eyes shone, and his horns were carved like swords.

Lucifer (with a calm smile):

"Here he is… my new general."

Lilith froze, crying out as she stared at the newcomer:

"My brother…?! Lucifer, what have you done?!"

Sitri (in a deep voice):

"You have summoned me… and I will serve you until the end."

Ashura stepped forward, his tone laced with suspicion and mockery:

"Have you grown so bold, Lucifer… that you now bring children into your army?"

Baphomet burst into laughter, licking his lips like a ravenous beast:

"Hahaha! Children?! This one doesn't look like a child… but he will be fun once the killing begins."

Oceloth sat wearily, playing with his black dagger, his voice cold and indifferent:

"I do not care… as long as he does not hinder my path."

Astaroth smiled faintly, his eyes half closed:

"Fate toys with us again…"

Lilith stepped forward, her face blazing with fury:

"My brother should not be here! Lucifer, send him back where he belongs!"

But Lucifer turned to her, his smile cold as death:

"He belongs to us now… this is his fate, there is no escape."

Sitri advanced, bowing before Lucifer, his voice drenched in death and loyalty:

"I swear to be your sword that reaps souls."

Lucifer's smile widened, his eyes glimmering with pure evil.

Lucifer (thundering voice):

"This is only the beginning… more shall come."

The hall trembled, and the other gates screamed as if awaiting their turn to open.
