Jaden stood before a wide mirror as he fixed his tie. He wore a black shirt, a black coat draped over it, black trousers, and black leather shoes, completing his simple attire. The attire was nothing special… something the mayor's son would usually avoid wearing, but Jaden knew that the city wasn't affected by what he wore.
He remembered entering the city while wearing his clothes from Earth after all.
"All set," Jaden added with a grin and walked out of the bath as he made his way towards the hall.
His room also had a similar mirror, but he liked to use the one in the bath more than his own.
Descending the stairs, his eyes landed on Shelly, who stood near the entrance of the mansion's hall while wearing the usual maid uniform and the usual indifferent expression.
Walking towards her, Jaden wore his usual playful smile and greeted her.
"Good morning, Shelly."
Shelly finally looked at him and replied flatly.
"Good morning."
