Chapter 38 - Ch.38

"Hum..." Inside the tent, Ash took a moment to circulate his True Energy through his body. After a few cycles, it gathered in his dantian again.

After a moment, Ash opened his eyes, a glint of light flashing. He could feel his True Energy growing stronger. He clenched his fist, and a feeling of power came over him. His physical strength had also increased.

He looked at his level, which was now at level 12. However, he still only had those two skills. Logically, as his talent and level increased, he should have learned new skills.

Ash had a vague feeling that it was related to his energy usage. The laws of this world were based on elemental energy, so the non-elemental True Energy in his body naturally couldn't learn the corresponding skills.

"Mmm... my True Energy should be able to transform into other types of energy, right?"

Ash looked at his Multi-type Ability. If he could get his hands on some Plates or Z-Crystals, he should be able to change his type.

But those things were still a bit far off for him.

At night, due to the large tent, the four of them slept in their sleeping bags together.

"Ash, Ash..."

Ash groggily opened his eyes: "What is it, Green?"

"Shh... come out with me. I need to talk to you."

Green pulled him out of his sleeping bag.

They went to the small river. Under the moonlight, it was exceptionally quiet.

"You're here to ask about what happened during the day, right?" Ash was now fully awake. After thinking for a moment, he figured out why Green had called him out.

"Do you know something?" Green tilted her head. She felt like this boy knew a lot about her.

"Yes..." Ash nodded, his gaze gentle as he looked at her: "It's been a tough few years, hasn't it?"

Green froze.

That sentence was loaded with information. For a moment, she didn't know how to respond.

Her own past had always been her biggest secret and her goal to solve. From what Ash said, he knew about it?

Besides that, Green could truly feel the concern and... compassion in Ash's tone.

She didn't know if she was just imagining things, but that was the feeling Ash gave her.

For once, the quick-witted girl didn't know what to say.

Although he always said he was a twenty-five-year fan of Pokémon, Ash's research was more focused on the girls in the Pokémon world.

As one of the most unique and charming of the original Red, Green, and Blue trio, Green was also a character Ash really liked. One could even say she was his favorite character from the manga.

Her tragic past had made her cunning and mischievous and given her a fear of large birds. What surprised Ash even more was Green's sense of responsibility, growth, and evolution. In the end, she overcame her fear and faced Ho-Oh head-on!

This was what attracted Ash to her, but it also made him feel immense compassion for her.

"The person you're looking for is right next to you... Ayumi is your biological sister."

"!!!" Green's eyes widened: "You... how did you..."

Although she had a feeling, hearing it out loud still shocked her.

"How do I know?"

"Because your mother, Auntie Tsukiko, told me," Ash said with a faint smile, putting the blame on Tsukiko.

"Of course, I also pieced it together from your appearances, your experiences... and my own guesswork..." Ash's expression was a little strange when he said this.

He had been thinking of a reason to get the two sisters to reconcile.

But after seeing Green this time, he found a commonality between the three women: Tsukiko, Ayumi, and Green. They all had a lack of body hair, also known as being "tigers" in Chinese slang.

Ash had felt Tsukiko with his own hands, and he had seen Ayumi with his own eyes.

As for Green, it was thanks to his X-ray Vision.

He had originally wanted to find a birthmark on Green as a sign, but unfortunately, the girl's snow-white skin had no flaws. After searching for a long time, he couldn't find anything, but he did discover this secret.

"No wonder... I've always felt a special connection to Ayumi..." Green mumbled. Her heart rate sped up. The usually clever girl forgot to look for the loopholes in Ash's words after hearing this news.

She had longed for family for so many years. She never expected her biological sister to be right beside her.

"Then, where are Mom and Dad? Where are they?" Green hugged Ash's arm and asked, her emotions running high.

"Let me tell you slowly..."

From Ash's mouth, Green learned everything that had happened over the years.

Her father's departure, her mother and sister relying on each other, and her own life on the run. The girl was filled with grief and began to sob.

"Waaaah..." Green cried harder and harder. After learning about her past, the girl who was so good at hiding her feelings had found a rare outlet to vent.

Although she never acknowledged the Masked Man, she had unconsciously put on a mask for eight years. It was her habit to never show her true emotions and always have a backup plan.

And these habits had brought a heavy burden to her young life.

Now, in front of this mysterious and reassuring boy, she unconsciously let down her guard, and her tears wouldn't stop flowing.

Ash didn't try to stop her. He just watched her quietly, his gaze gentle and calm.

He didn't take the opportunity to hug her or interrupt her. He just quietly stayed by her side and listened.

After a long time, Green's sobs finally subsided.

She looked at the boy in front of her and pouted, kicking him in the leg: "You didn't even try to comfort me!"

"Hehe... Sometimes, it's good to just let it all out. Isn't it tiring to always wear a mask?"

Ash grinned: "Besides, you look beautiful with tears in your eyes..."

"Hmph..." Green scrunched up her nose, her emotions already back to normal.

She was surprised at herself for being so childish with Ash.

Ash reached out and wiped the tear stains from her face: "What are you going to do?"

"What?" Green was surprised that he would do something like that. Her cheeks turned slightly pink. Smart as she was, her mind was a little fuzzy.

"Are you going to tell them?"

"I'll of course..." Green was about to answer but stopped.

To get revenge on the Masked Man, she had secretly stolen the precious feathers he had collected. They were still in her bag.

If she revealed her identity to her mother and sister, it would likely bring them trouble.

"Are you worried about something?" Ash asked, even though he knew the answer.

"It's nothing..." Green subconsciously tried to hide it.

But Ash didn't seem to want to let her off the hook: "Ayumi has been looking forward to finding her sister... and so has Auntie Tsukiko."

"..." Green shook her head hesitantly: "I... I'd rather not..."

"But, it's too late for you to refuse. She's already heard everything..." Ash tilted his chin, signaling her to turn around.

Green followed Ash's gaze and saw Ayumi standing there with tears streaming down her face.

"You... since when..."

"Sister-!" Ayumi suddenly rushed into her arms and cried. If it hadn't been for Green stepping up, she would have been the one taken away.

Over the years, Ayumi had been missing and searching for her sister. Was the purpose of her dream of becoming a Cute-type Pokémon Master not to find her sister?

Green's emotions, which had just calmed down, broke down again. The two sisters cried into each other's arms.

Ash smiled from the side.

Just before coming out, he had pinched Ayumi's "hill." The girl had quietly followed them.

He knew that Green would be worried about the Masked Man and choose not to see her family, but Ash didn't have that worry. Or rather, he didn't want these girls to suffer like this anymore.

Ash looked up at the full moon in the sky. It was a symbol of reunion.

After a long time, the two sisters finally composed themselves. The three of them walked back to the tent together.

"Ash, how did you know that Green was my sister?"

"Well..." Ash glanced at Ayumi and leaned in to whisper in her ear: "Because... she's hairless like you..."

"Wha-! You pervert~!" Ayumi blushed and punched him. She then got into her sleeping bag, pretending to be embarrassed.

As long as you can't see me, I'm not embarrassed...

Green, who was beside them, looked a little confused: "What did you tell Ayumi?"

"I said... I would protect you, no matter who it is," Ash said, looking at her with a serious expression: "So, you can rest easy."

Green looked at him intently, and something new appeared in her eyes.

She then pouted: "Can you? The first time we met, I was the one who saved you..."

"Whether I can or not... how will we know if we don't try?" Ash leaned in close to her face.

Green was stunned for a moment, then she gave a faint smile, tilted her head back, and said: "Is... this how we try?"

As she spoke, she drew a circle on her two round "hills." While drawing, she deliberately pushed them out. The two obvious "nubs" rubbed against her clothes as they jiggled slightly, and he could faintly see her slender waist and cute belly button.

Her pink tongue licked her cherry-red lips. A little moisture sparkled in the dim light of the tent. Her starry eyes were slightly open, and her breath was like orchids.

"Hiss..." Ash gasped.

As expected of Tsukiko's daughter. They're all little devils...

"My, my, it looks like the handsome boy has lost his composure~" Green said, her face flushed as she stuck out her tongue. She looked straight at Ash's crotch, where a small tent was getting higher and higher.

"Hehe I'm going to sleep now! Goodnight, handsome boy"

After she finished speaking, Green got into her sleeping bag and zipped it up, wrapping herself tightly. It was as if she wasn't the one who had just been seducing Ash.

Ash was left speechless and frustrated.

He looked at his fully-erect "little brother" and let out a long sigh.
