Chapter 47 - Ch.47

"A psychic?" Zaos asked, squinting his eyes.

Nodding slightly, Ash hadn't expected to meet people from the Alola region here. He looked at the three women beside him.

First was Lusamine, with her long, branching golden hair, a slender and graceful waist, and exquisite facial features carved by a master artisan. Her noble and elegant aura, combined with a unique fervor and curiosity in her golden eyes, made her a goddess of both grace and nobility. Of course, what attracted Ash more was her identity, as well as her persistence, unscrupulous methods, and even the slightly deranged behavior she exhibited in the games.

Beside her was Wicke, who was holding her hands in front of her and looking at him with a curious expression.

Compared to Lusamine, her figure was much more curvaceous. Her high-collared pink sweater accentuated her chest, and the same style of white leggings as Lusamine's were covered by a long, form-fitting skirt, which highlighted her plump, round butt. Her short blue-purple hair, along with her golden-rimmed glasses, made her fair face appear exceptionally soft and gentle.

Finally, there was Burnet, who was still adjusting her equipment and continuously analyzing data.

She also had a pair of captivating golden eyes. She was on the thinner side, but had healthy, tan skin. Her jacket was tied around her waist, and her gray, tight-fitting tank top outlined her thin figure, giving her a sexy vibe. The combination of black leggings and white hair also made her look very charming.

"Lorelei! Are you okay?" Professor Oak immediately ran over.

Lorelei was considered his junior. If she were to get hurt right under his nose, that old hag Agatha would probably humiliate him again.

"Hehe~ I'm fine. I have to thank the Silver Dragon Masked Hero for saving me!" Lorelei laughed playfully.

The sudden contrast in her personality made everyone a little stunned.

It was hard to imagine that an Elite Four master with a sexy, mature image would show such a girlish side.

But what the heck was a "Silver Dragon Masked Hero"?

Ash's mouth twitched. This nickname was given way too casually.

"What a romantic encounter, a hero saving a beauty. Mmm... it's amazing~" Wicke said, a victim of her own emotions as usual.

"And you are...?" Professor Oak looked at the masked man. The figure looked a little familiar to him.

"Ahem, I'm just a small-time person living in seclusion nearby. It's natural that Professor Oak wouldn't know me."

Ash lowered his voice. His use of Psychic Power was not yet advanced enough to change his voice like Sabrina's.

"I suggest we all work together to push these two monsters back into the Ultra Wormhole and send them back to their own world. This way, we can resolve the crisis," Burnet analyzed calmly.

Professor Oak nodded. He had heard of Burnet's research, and he naturally supported her judgment.

However, this proposal was immediately rejected by Lusamine: "How can we do that?! We need to capture them for research so we can learn more about Ultra Beasts!"

"But..." Wicke and Burnet stopped mid-sentence. They were very aware of their President's obsession with Ultra Beasts.

"That's what we'll do! I support the President's decision!" Zaos blindly sided with his leader.

"I'm afraid normal Poké Balls can't contain these beasts, can they? Not to mention that it would be hard for you to even defeat them."

Ash said, shaking his head slightly. He looked at the two Guzzlords that were still eating on the field: "Professor Oak, please cover for me later. We might be able to defeat them!"

"Hmm?" Lusamine finally looked at the mysterious masked man.

"You... what's your name again... Silver Dragon Something Hero? Are you sure you can do it?"

She wasn't stupid. Although she had a zealous streak, the two beasts in front of her were indeed different from any Ultra Beast she had seen before. If they weren't dealt with, they could bring a huge crisis to the world.

But if Ash could really defeat them, she might be able to control one for research and exploration!

"I'm not sure if I can, but if we don't hurry, the Ultra Wormhole might close... These kinds of space tunnels are usually unstable."

Ash said casually. Burnet looked at him in surprise. A hint of confusion flashed in her beautiful eyes, and she then buried her head in calculations and contemplation.

"Because my ability is a little special, I need everyone to lure them together first so I can focus my attack on both of them at once!"

Upon hearing this, Professor Oak and Lorelei exchanged glances and nodded slightly.

Although they had already requested help, they both knew how fast the Pokémon League was. Even if they couldn't control them, they had to at least stall them.

The confidence and a certain sense of familiarity that Ash exuded also earned him the trust of the two Champion-level trainers.

"No problem." Lorelei walked over. She had already given her Pokémon some potions, but due to limited time, only Dewgong and Lapras had recovered their fighting ability.

Professor Oak's side had Dragonite, Charizard, and Arcanine.

Lusamine and Zaos also contributed some Elite and Gym-level Pokémon.

As for Burnet and Wicke, they were not trainers, just related workers, so they had no significant fighting power.

"How do you want me to cooperate with you?" Lorelei pushed her glasses up, asking a question that made Ash's mind wander.

Moving his eyes away from Lorelei's chest, Ash slowly calmed down and began to assign tasks.

"All Pokémon below Elite level will be responsible for clearing all the devouring targets around Guzzlord. I'm guessing that even if they can eat things to restore energy, there should be a conversion rate issue. This means if what they eat doesn't have a lot of nutrition, their recovery will be slower."

Everyone nodded in agreement. Ash continued:

"Professor Oak will be responsible for luring the two giant beasts to my location. Since Guzzlord's anti-air capabilities are limited, this task will be completed by the two Flying-type Pokémon, Charizard and Dragonite."

"Sister Lorelei, you'll come with me and be responsible for using Sheer Cold to freeze them. Arcanine will be responsible for the final blow. If the opponent hasn't fallen after my attack, it will use its most powerful Play Rough move!"

This was the strategy Ash had formulated in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, among all the Pokémon, only Arcanine knew a Fairy-type move, but even so, a Champion-level Arcanine with the 4x effectiveness should be enough to finish off Guzzlord.

"Now, let's move!"

"Play Rough?" Oak was a little confused. He didn't understand how a Normal-type move could be useful.

But Ash had already used Teleport to take Lorelei away, so he had no choice but to follow the plan.

"Whoosh!" Ash and Lorelei appeared in an empty clearing. Charizard and Dragonite also used long-range attacks to lure the Guzzlords toward the center.

As soon as the two Guzzlords met, Ash's eyes flashed: "Lorelei, use Sheer Cold!"

In the games, this is an instant knockout move, but here, it's set as a high-powered freezing move. A successful freeze in battle means the Pokémon loses the ability to act, so it's considered defeated, but a complete freeze is only possible if there is a big enough power gap.

While the ice was restricting the two giant beasts, Ash's mind was focused on the system:

Ding, using 1 Legendary Essence. The selected Legendary is Miraidon. Move: Electro Drift! The target is Pikachu. Execute immediately!

Miraidon, one of the cover Legendary Pokémon in the game Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, is an Electric/Dragon-type.

Electro Drift is a special move that attacks with high-voltage electricity while moving at high speed. The power is further increased when it lands a critical hit.

This was a new Legendary that Ash had read about in an encyclopedia. Compared to Zekrom's exclusive move, Fusion Bolt, which had higher power, this move was more suitable for a nimble fighter like Pikachu.
