Chapter 47 - HISD Chapter 47 The Terrifying Real World

HISD Chapter 47 The Terrifying Real World

Become the Doomsday monster, or become the Doomsday superhero.

There was no turning back.

Yi Meng sighed. He noticed his phone had been taken, but with his mind he could observe outside the isolation chamber through the walls.

No one was there.

It made sense. It was four in the morning. Perhaps only someone was stationed in the main control room.

Fortunately, the moment Yi Meng woke, he mentally overrode the isolation chamber's cameras, able to manipulate the surveillance feed at will.

A faint glint flashed in his eyes.

He needed to know what had happened in the real world while he was unconscious in the dream, and how the Star Dragon Federation and the supernatural department viewed him.

This would directly determine his next move.

A strand of his AI-enhanced consciousness flowed out like virtual red static from his brow, passing through the wall to linger on a computer used for recording data.

This was a feature he had acquired previously, allowing him to analyze electronic devices within ten meters and access or modify some information.

Yi Meng's thoughts flowed, connecting to the computer inside the supernatural department, quickly locating the most important intrusion file.

The top file in the branch database was—

Intrusion File: "Alien Spaceship"

Intrusion Type: Non-fixed object

File Number: SAS-1700

Casualties: 609 dead, 1055 injured

Intrusion Level: B-class, town-level catastrophe

Report:

Occurred in Star Dragon Year 200, on federal exam day, crashed into the Tianhe City Second High School campus.

The spaceship's uncontrolled fall caused initial casualties.

Inside, numerous aliens (C-class) and facehugger-like creatures (D-class) entered the campus, causing further casualties.

Facehuggers laid eggs in survivors, creating additional deaths.

The invasion is now under preliminary control.

Yi Meng nodded quietly.

The Federation's response had been efficient, controlling the alien invasion the same day.

Of course, if he hadn't already destroyed the blackwater bioweapon and alien nest, and leaked intelligence via Pan Hu, the Federation wouldn't have handled the aftermath in time.

Yi Meng thought perhaps the real world could just be destroyed—there was no need to resist further.

After all, such alien intrusions weren't impossible to handle. With no time for reproduction and evolution, a well-armed elite force could wipe them out.

"B-class intrusion, C-class organisms," Yi Meng murmured.

Now he understood the Federation's risk classification for cinematic or previous-world intrusion creations:

If it could injure citizens, it was the lowest G-class risk. Death potential elevated it to F-class.

Multiple injuries under 100: E-class

Mass deaths under 1,000: D-class

Village-level devastation (≥10,000 deaths): C-class

Town-level devastation (≥100,000 deaths): B-class

City-level devastation (≥1,000,000 deaths): A-class

Province-level devastation (≥10,000,000 deaths): S-class

Region-level devastation (≥100,000,000 deaths): SSS-class

Global catastrophe (up to 5 billion deaths): X-class

By this classification, alien creatures were C-class. Yi Meng agreed; each alien could become a queen, building nests capable of wiping out a village.

However, the alien spaceship should be X-class, not B-class, due to the blackwater bioweapon capable of global devastation.

Yi Meng quickly opened his own intrusion file.

Currently, he was judged E-class.

E-class? Lower than an adult alien with facehuggers? That shook the confidence of the partially Doomsday-merged Yi Meng.

If only he really were just E-class.

Yi Meng laughed silently, realizing the Federation didn't know his current state. Otherwise, he'd be at least SSS-class, a region-level threat.

He feared even himself when fully uncontrolled.

Besides the recent alien incident and his own file, he found other intrusion files triggering memories from his previous life:

Intrusion File: "Death Cruise"

Type: Non-fixed location

File Number: SAS-101

Casualties: Unknown, over 1,000

Level: B-class

Report: In Star Dragon Year 190, appeared randomly in the ocean. Indestructible; destruction only relocates it. Anyone boarding dies. Unresolved.

Intrusion File: "Giant Shark"

Type: Physical creature

File Number: SAS-405

Casualties: 609

Level: C-class

Report: Year 195, Eastern Polar Ocean. Fifty-two times larger than normal sharks, sunk multiple vessels. Killed by submarines. Resolved.

Intrusion File: "Cursed House"

Type: Fixed location

File Number: SAS-1600

Casualties: 5 psychologically affected

Level: D-class

Report: Year 200, a family of five moves into a secondhand cabin, experiences spiritual harassment and possible possession. Unresolved.

Yi Meng's mind stalled.

The Death Cruise, giant sharks, and summoned spirits? This was serious.

Some intrusions defied scientific logic. For example, the Death Cruise, based on cinematic lore, was the Grim Reaper punishing unfaithful humans.

If that were true, did the Grim Reaper also enter reality?

Moreover, ten years ago, there were fewer than a hundred intrusion files. Now there were over 1,600.

More creations and beings from his previous-life movies were increasingly invading reality in large numbers.

Terrifying.

"Good thing… I'm Doomsday."

Yi Meng exhaled, unsure whether to laugh or remain silent.

At worst, he could just let his Doomsday avatar handle everything.
