Chapter 42 - Chapter 42: You offended the principal and you still want to run away?

"My apologies, I drank too much last night and my logic was unclear. Today, I realized that Rita Skeeter and Kaisen theoretically had no conflict. Kaisen directly going up and becoming a 'truth-teller' for that reason was too far-fetched, so I changed the reason. I've revised about three hundred words in Chapter 41, so everyone can go back and resume the story from there."

Kaisen's mouth twitched: "I shouldn't have opened my mouth to ask you that question. Actually, Dumbledore, in my heart, you are a very magnanimous person, you know? In my eyes, you are as tall as Mount Everest and as sweet as the Alps."

Dumbledore also kindly patted Kaisen's shoulder: "That's right, Kaisen, you are the same. In my heart, you are as warm as the sun, selflessly illuminating everything at Hogwarts, caring for students, uniting Professors, and also…"

"Wait, wait, wait!" Kaisen gestured for him to pause.

"No matter what you say, I won't go…"

"Didn't you want to convert your office into a standalone tower before?"

"...You agree?"

Dumbledore looked up at the ceiling at a forty-five-degree angle with his hands behind his back.

"If that Rita Skeeter had an accident, for example, if thugs suddenly broke into her house and beat her up."

"I need her address."

"What address?" Dumbledore feigned ignorance instantly.

"...Alright." Kaisen rolled his eyes, deciding to ask someone else.

And Dumbledore revealed his unique, cunning old fox smile.

Offending the Principal and still thinking of running away? Hmph hmph hmph!

He had been cyberbullied by that reporter for so long. Firstly, it was a ripple effect; he truly couldn't take matters into his own hands in person.

Secondly, the Professors at Hogwarts and his friends outside Hogwarts all knew what kind of person he was, so they were too lazy to bother with his childish revenge plan?

But now, Kaisen, who was powerful in combat, simple-minded, and most importantly, didn't understand his character, was finally here! Hehehe!

Knock knock knock...

"Come in."

"..."

Professor McGonagall looked at Kaisen, utterly bewildered, until she saw the newspaper in Kaisen's hand and suddenly understood.

"You don't need to get involved in this. Dumbledore has already gone to the Ministry of Magic to negotiate with Fudge and Skeeter. I believe there will be results very soon."

"What did he negotiate? He was just chatting with me in the corridor."

"Ah? Uh… Did he ask you to go find Skeeter?"

"No, no, absolutely not."

"...Stare…."

"Alright, Dumbledore promised me I could convert my office into a standalone tower," Kaisen confessed.

"...Alright, indeed no one can refuse that."

"How do you plan to resolve it?"

"Beat her up in person?"

"I knew it." Professor McGonagall was a bit speechless.

"I need her home address." After Kaisen said this, he looked at Professor McGonagall with an expectant face, making her feel uneasy.

However, she quickly adjusted her mood, pursing her lips: "Theoretically, I shouldn't do this, and I genuinely don't know where she lives."

"Then practically?"

"Practically, you can write a letter to Rita Skeeter. These owls have been enchanted with a name magic. When they can't find the recipient's address, the owl will find her home according to the name magic's instructions."

"Also, this name magic is only available to the public owls in the owlery."

"Oh, I see, I see."

Kaisen returned to his office, took out a piece of parchment, pondered for a long time, and then wrote on it: "Truth you within three seconds." He then pulled out an ender pearl and set up a small mechanism: as soon as the envelope was opened, the ender pearl would shatter.

"Heh heh heh heh heh…"

After sending the public owl to deliver the letter, Kaisen stood in his office with his arms crossed, sulking until evening. When he felt it was about time, he picked up a baseball bat from the corner of his office.

This was a big treasure that the Weasley brothers had created before, for their tricks. Every time it hit someone, it would explode once. Hit once, explode once; hit once, explode once.

He had confiscated it because he thought it was dangerous, but he never expected to actually use it today.

Meanwhile, Rita Skeeter, after writing small essays all day for The Daily Prophet, returned home and conveniently took out the mail from her mailbox.

However, one of the letters looked a bit strange to her; there was a spherical object inside. After a moment of silence, she skillfully moved a huge blast-proof barrel from a corner. It looked to be over one person tall and had a small piece of blast-proof glass embedded in it.

Using magic to control the letter, she placed it inside. As she tore open the envelope, Kaisen instantly appeared inside the blast-proof barrel.

Rita Skeeter, with a smile on her face, walked over with her arms crossed.

She took off her lace gloves and slapped the blast-proof glass of the barrel twice.

"Did you think I wouldn't anticipate someone coming to my door? Using such a despicable reverse Portkey?"

"Did you think…"

"Did you think I couldn't get out?" Kaisen, standing inside the blast-proof barrel, simply tapped the inner wall of the barrel gently. With two thuds, a 2x1 opening was knocked out.

He swung the baseball bat in his hand, letting out a series of crackling explosions.

Bang!

Under Kaisen's friendly persuasion, Rita Skeeter, bruised and swollen, was dragged out of her house. Kaisen also produced a diamond shovel and began digging a pit in a nearby grove.

Soon, a 2x1x2 deep pit was dug by Kaisen.

"Dear Ms. Reporter, I believe you will like this new home." Kaisen grabbed Rita Skeeter's robes, directly threw her in, and then began to fill the pit with soil.

The soil was incredibly loose and breathable, and coupled with a Wizard's strong vitality, she would crawl out herself once she woke up tomorrow morning.

Of course, as long as it didn't rain. But Christmas was already over; where would he get rain for her? That would be a joke.

He clapped the dust off his hands and was about to leave nonchalantly, until he returned to Hogwarts and had just arrived at Dumbledore's Headmaster's office, intending to tell him that he had successfully "trued" Rita Skeeter.

Then he saw a torrential downpour suddenly start outside the window.

"It's late December! Where did this damned England get rain from!" Kaisen instantly let out a sharp screeching sound, and a roar accompanied by purple specks of light vanished from the spot.

After all, that Rita Skeeter at most just ran her mouth in the newspaper. While she wasn't a good person, her crime truly wasn't punishable by death.
