Kayson stroked his chin, "What does that have to do with me?"
Hermione subtly nudged him, and he finally reacted, "Oh, coming, coming."
He patted the sofa he was sitting on, "Muggle brand. Their company even made mattresses for the Queen."
He then stood up and touched the wallpaper on the wall. It was founded by William Morris in 1861, less than 150 years ago, but it's older than Dumbledore, which is commendable.
"And Grimmauld Place, let me think, I even studied it when I was in school... This place started construction in 1815, and it's not true that it's the center point as Kreacher said. The center point of Grimmauld Place is Grimmauld Church, and this Number Twelve was originally built by Muggles, but now it seems to have been taken by the House of Black."
"How do you know?" Hermione asked softly.
"I saw the design plans of the square in the Library when I was in school," Kayson replied.
"So if what you said is true, Mr. Kreacher, that this building embodies the history and glory of the House of Black, then their history and glory are at most..." Kayson said halfway, subtly patting Hermione beside him.
The latter rolled her eyes and muttered softly.
After hearing Hermione's calculation, Kayson finally said in one breath, "Only one hundred and seventy-eight years, and that's counting from the day Grimmauld Place started construction, not the day it was completed, and certainly not from the day this building came into the hands of a Black ancestor... Otherwise, it might even be thirty or forty years less."
"That's right, a house that's only a little over a hundred years old, not even as old as Malfoy's Castle... What are you all still sitting here for? Take whatever you like, otherwise, it'll just benefit the next occupant," Sirius said nonchalantly.
"Young Master Sirius, do you really not care about the glory of the House of Black?" Kreacher asked mournfully.
"A bunch of lunatics and Dark Wizards, what glory is there?" Sirius curled his lips, and after a moment, he turned his head to glance at Kreacher.
"I, as the master, don't care, so you, a House-elf, don't need to pity me or the House of Black."
Saying that, he walked towards a wall with a family tree drawn on it.
He squatted down, pinched a raised part of the wallpaper, and then suddenly tore the entire wall down, "Throw this trash out later, don't scare the next occupant."
"That's your family tree, right? Like this..." Lupin reminded him hesitantly.
"What's there to it? The ones I liked have all been burned off by them. I'm already being very generous by not hating the remaining ones," Sirius said casually, "And why are you all still standing there? If you like something, just take it, learn from Kayson... He's already stuffing the sofa into his ring."
At this point, everyone noticed that a considerable part of the leather sofas in the huge living room was missing.
"...Why are you looking at me? Do you think this brand of sofa is cheap? Sirius, you big spender, why aren't you moving faster?" Kayson said quickly after a moment of silence.
Harry and the others felt a bit embarrassed, after all, they were still children and didn't have the thick skin of adults. However, led by Kayson, they also began their adventure, which was ostensibly a search but actually a stroll.
"Hey! Kayson, wait for me." Sirius watched Kayson take the entire coffee table and quickly followed him, "Thank you so much just now."
"As long as you don't blame me for disrespecting the House of Black," Kayson replied.
"What's there to it? What I just said was from the bottom of my heart. What glory can a family made up of lunatics and Dark Wizards have?" Sirius said, true to his word.
"Uh-huh, are you planning to buy a house on Privet Drive? Do you have any preferred decoration styles?" Kayson asked.
"Hmm... just a regular England countryside style would be fine, I really like that," Sirius replied.
"You, a young master, like country style?" Kayson was a bit curious.
"Because James's house at the time had a bit of a country style. Sirius loved that decor the first time he went to James's house," Lupin subtly added from the side.
"Anyway, I think that style feels very comfortable, because no matter if it's here or Hogwarts, they both feel cold, but James's house back then really felt very warm," Sirius said a little shyly.
"Uh-huh, like Hufflepuff?"
"Brighter than Hufflepuff."
"I know, I'm just talking about the temperament."
"Hmm, yes."
"Have you found a renovation company?" Kayson asked again.
"..." Sirius's brain froze for a second, "Why don't you do it?"
"Give me the floor plan."
"...I haven't had time to buy it yet."
"Notify me when you buy it."
"No problem."
The group then went wherever they could plunder. Of course, 'plunder' here referred to Kayson and Lupin, until the two walked in front of a slightly eerie wall.
"Whoa, what are you going to do with all these?" Kayson asked, looking at the pile of House-elf heads hanging on the wall.
"I'll burn them all later," Sirius said concisely.
"...Huh? Sirius, your family's floor is nice." Lupin, at some point, had squatted down, looking at the smooth and delicate floor beneath his feet.
"...Can you not be so absurd? If you dig up the floor, how am I going to sell the house?"
"Speaking of selling the house... Is this house registered with the Land Registry?" Kayson suddenly asked.
"...What Land Registry?"
"Who are you planning to sell this house to?" Kayson rephrased.
"To Muggles, why?"
"Oh... nothing, let's keep strolling," Lupin quickly said, while standing behind Sirius and winking at Kayson.
"Oh... let's go."
