Chapter 30 - Chapter 30

Raj's weapon was actually a rope with a small, sharp metal rod tied to it. He started to spin the rod in the air with the help of the rope.

Manu, with his eyes still closed, suddenly had a green line appear on his hand. The lines spread across his arms, glowing brightly with a green light.

Seeing this, Raj muttered to himself, "No… I have a bad feeling. I need to kill him now."

Raj hurled his weapon toward Manu, aiming the sharp rod straight at his face.

The metal shot forward at full speed—but before it could strike, it stopped.

"What!? How did he…?", Raj thought in shock.

Manu had caught the weapon with his hand before it touched him.

Half of Manu's hand was covered in glowing green cracks, like fissures burning into his skin.

As Manu opened his eyes, his pupils shone with a piercing green light.

Raj and Ravi both froze in disbelief.

Manu let the weapon of Raj drop from his grip.

Then the green cracks in his hand, the same hand holding onto the stainless steel rod lodged in the ruins, began to glow even brighter.

With a sudden pull, Manu dragged the rod toward himself. The force was so immense that it tore the horned sheep's head clean off, smashing the ruins and sending rocks flying into the air.

By seeing this, both Ravi and Raj stepped back in fear. They had never witnessed anything like it.

Only one word echoed in their minds—"Danger… danger… run"

Manu's glowing green eyes locked onto Raj.

Raj's legs started to tremble uncontrollably.

In the next instant, Manu moved. He dashed toward Raj at such speed that in a single blink, he was already standing before him.

He didn't strike immediately. Instead, the stainless steel rod Manu had been holding moments before suddenly dropped at Raj's feet. But strangely, the sharp tip didn't touch the ground—it hovered just above it, barely a hair's distance away.

Raj squeezed his eyes shut in fear. He felt a gust of wind pass across his face.

When he opened his eyes again, Manu was standing before him, the rod angled down toward the earth.

Then Raj suddenly felt something crawling down the left side of his face. With trembling hands, he touched it and when he pulled his hand back, his fingers and palm were smeared with blood.

Manu's strike had left a clean, deep cut running from above Raj's eyebrow down to the end of his cheek, like a straight crimson line.

The pain hit him all at once.

"Ahhhhhh!" Raj screamed, clutching his face in agony.

But Manu didn't stop.

The glowing cracks in his hand pulsed with light as he swung the rod again, this time with his full strength.

Raj who was in pain was unable to react he was hit by the rod in his ribs.

The impact launched him through the air, flinging him far away from the ruins.

Tarun who was in the ruins with the metal rod pierced in his stomach was unaware of what was going on."You idiots, come fast and get me out of here!" Tarun shouted loudly.

Manu, who had sent Raj flying away, looked towards the direction of the sound.

Then Manu gripped the rod in his hand and along with it the bright green light started to emit from the cracks.

Then Manu went towards the direction of Tarun with full speed, then he jumped above in the air raising the rod towards the sky.

Manu dropped the rod on the ruins with such force that it actually sliced the body of the horned sheep into two pieces, and the ruins beneath it were scattered all over the place. The shockwave was so strong that it sent the ruined stones flying away. It actually created a small crater in place of the ruins.

Tarun was actually behind the bigger part of a cement block. The shockwave made cracks in the cement block and Tarun was unarmed by the shock.

Manu was standing in the small crater, then suddenly his eyes, which had turned green, started to go on and off, and the cracks in his hand started to become smaller and the green light emitting from them started to get dimmer.
