The nightmarish silence shattered when the Dark Crocodile Society leaders roared as one and surged toward Daniel. A wall of fists, kicks, and blades rushed him from every direction — their intent was simple: to tear him apart.
But Daniel didn't move in panic. His eyes gleamed with that same cold sharpness, his body lowering slightly, sword poised. Each strike that came — he countered.
A blade swung toward his neck; Daniel twisted, parrying with the sword's handle before cleaving through the attacker's arm in a single effortless slash.
A fist tore through the air; Daniel ducked beneath it, driving his knee up into the man's jaw, breaking it instantly.
Kicks lashed out in flurries; Daniel caught them, slammed enemies into each other, and carved through gaps like water slipping through cracks.
It was vicious, brutal, efficient — every counter was lethal, every move like a page out of a demon's playbook.
Then came Mugak Wang and Cheonmu Ha, attacking together, a storm of muscle and fury. Mugak's monstrous kick aimed for Daniel's ribs while Cheonmu's fist thundered down like a hammer.
The impact landed — but Daniel endured. His body shook, his feet grinding against the ground — and then, instead of faltering, he smiled.
That terrifying, twisted smile. The same kind of smile Gun Yamazaki wore when drowning in violence.
"Not bad," Daniel muttered.
In the next instant, he seized Mugak by the head. With terrifying force, he slammed his skull into the ground, the earth cracking beneath the impact. Mugak roared in pain.
Cheonmu lunged again, but Daniel moved faster — grabbing him around the waist, lifting him like a ragdoll, and slamming him down with a wrestling throw that made the ground quake.
Before he could recover, Tao Ju spun with a sharp kick aimed at Daniel's face. Daniel casually caught his ankle mid-air. His grin widened, eyes gleaming with a demonic light.
"You trying something?" Daniel asked, his voice twisting into a chilling laugh — a demon's laugh.
He squeezed Tao's neck with one hand, then drove his boot into Tao's ribs with a devastating kick. Crack! Tao gasped, coughing blood.
Jamal Rashid came in with lightning-fast punches, but Daniel blocked, weaving effortlessly between the strikes. With a sudden burst, he rammed his knee upward — a brutal Muay Thai strike smashing into Rashid's face. Blood sprayed as Rashid crumpled back.
At the same moment, Jaun Ryu charged. Daniel turned, his expression darkening, before unleashing a savage Kyokushin Karate strike — his fist slamming into Ryu's chest like a cannon. The impact sent Ryu flying through the air, crashing into shattered walls.
Daniel stood there amidst the chaos, his breathing steady, his body gleaming with sweat and blood, not his own.
He tilted his head back, laughter spilling from his mouth — twisted, merciless, demonic.
"Hahahahaha!"
Then he lowered his gaze, eyes glowing with cruel delight.
"It's not done yet…" Daniel growled, raising his sword.
"…we've got a long day to play."
The Speed Faction looked on in stunned horror, while the Dark Crocodile Society realized — they weren't fighting a boy.
They were fighting a demon wrapped in human skin.
