Kim emerged from the gate, breathing real air for the first time… or so he thought.
The sky was blue, people were walking the streets, towers of glass and steel rose high, the sounds of cars…
His heart trembled, his eyes widened beneath the bandages:
— "Home… Have I finally returned?! Earth…?!"
He ran through the streets like a madman, touching every wall, every car, every face that passed him.
But soon he noticed the contradictions: signs written in a language he had never known, towers he had never even dreamed of, men in luminous suits flying between sky and earth.
The system's voice quivered inside him:
— "Careful, Kim… this isn't your home. This is a world from another dimension, a parallel realm where superheroes live."
Kim fell to his knees, clutching his head with both hands, torn memories gnawing at him.
— "But… why? Why can't I find my memories? Why do I feel like I belonged here, then had my life stolen from me?!"
Suddenly, the sky split with streaks of light.
Void gates opened, and from within descended… the Dimensional Wardens.
Their faces were covered by masks of cosmic symbols, their eyes shimmering like stars.
One of them roared, his voice shaking the air:
— "Intruder from the Abyss! Tiger of Death! You've broken the laws of the universes. You do not belong here!"
Before Kim could grasp it, he turned to find himself surrounded by this world's "superheroes":
A man wreathed in flames, a woman controlling time, a teenager moving at the speed of light…
One of the heroes pointed at him:
— "His energy… it's not from our world. He's a threat to the balance!"
Kim stood in the center of the circle, black mist leaking from his body, his smile trembling between pain and madness:
— "You want to stop me from returning… You want me lost forever?!"
He shouted, his voice shaking the streets:
— "If you're the heroes… then face the King of Madness!"
And darkness burst from his body like a raging flood, devouring the very sky.
People screamed, heroes lunged to attack, and the Dimensional Wardens raised their cosmic weapons.
And here… the first bloody battle of the Madness Arc began:
Kim versus the superheroes and the Dimensional Wardens sworn to stop him.
