Alexander calmly sat in the living room as if nothing had happened, Claire was uncertain. A minute ago the person who was close to her was much darker than the one she was gazing at now, she couldn't say for sure but she was more worried about the calmer him than the darker one. As Claire was sitted lost in thought, Alexander looked at her as if reading her thoughts like an open book. He got up from his seat and moved towards Claire who was sitted in the opposite direction, he grabbed her hand and pulled her from her seat. Only to sit in the same point and pull her down to sit in between his legs, held her closer to his chest pulled out his phone from his pocket. Holding it infornt of her busy with his work he said,
"Don't be afraid of me ". His attention was back to his phone. The next time they met was at a family party, her father had asked her to go find him. Claire had no intention of going so she tried to explain to her parents but not one of them listened, in the end she had no choice but to go to search. As she moved around the hall she saw Alexander on the balcony, she made her way to him only to stop seven steps away. Noticing that one part of the balcony was covered in darkness Claire began imagining the worst case scenario so she decided to move forward but calling out to him. She suddenly felt herself being grabbed and pinned against the wall only to see Alexander, he leaned in burying his face in her neck. He inhaled in deeply saying, "You are breath taking tonight". Claire words stark in her throat she could only say,"Alexander you..you..you...". "I what,"asked Alexander gazing into her eyes maintaining the closeness. Claire felt spell bound, she whispered her voice barely steady,"You are needed, Dad wants to speak to you". Alexander didn't reply ,he just stared at her for a while and then said, "Am gonna make you mine someday". His words were melting Claire's reasoning she said, "Alexander stop it, Dad wants to speak to you". He stared at her with a farm gaze, held her hand tight and walked with her towards her father. Claire strangled behind him saying,"Alexander let go of hand, Dad might see this". Alexander said nothing to her when they got closer to her father's side, he walked holding her hand behind him saying. "We are right behind you Uncle". Claire began to panick as her father turned to face them she said, "Let go of my hand please". "Don't strangle so tirelessly, he won't know if you don't want him to",said Alexander calm and distant as ever. Claire said trying to rebel that,"You....". Before she could complete Alexander stared at her coldly and she dared not say a word. Standing before her father said, "Uncle you called". "Well I just wanted to see you and also about the request you made, I have thought it over and I have agreed",said Claire's father. Claire not following the conversation asked, "Agreed to what Dad". "Oh I agreed to let him to take you to prom",said her father with a smile. Claire was shocked she said, "WHAT?". "Yes dear,this young man asked me but the only problem is that the place is far and the party is to take two full weeks",said her father with a thoughtful expression. Claire's shock just grew saying, "WHAT?". With a more questioning tone, her father smiled and said, "Yes my dear I was also surprised but then again it has been years since my last prom maybe now days they take weeks and months.If you can take care of my girl you can take her with you, .
