Kyle's POV
How did this even happen? Isn't Damien and Daniel… brothers?
I sit on the couch, frustrated, running a hand through my hair. My thoughts are spinning, and I whisper under my breath, "How is this possible?"
The door opens, and Diana walks in gracefully. I look up at her, tension building in my chest.
"Diana…isn't Damien Hale's blood. How is this possible? —Aren't you two siblings? How can Daniel be dating him?"
She sits beside me, a soft smile touching her lips. "I'm so happy for them," she says warmly.
I blink, shocked. "Diana…"
She turns to me. "Kyle, Damien isn't our real brother. That's why Mom and Dad abandoned him."
Her words hit me like a slap. My eyes widen. "What the hell…?"
Diana nods gently, her expression calm. "That's right. Damien doesn't belong to our family by blood."
I stare at the floor, trying to process everything. Then she smiles again, almost dreamy. "Now I'm really happy. Brother Daniel finally got the person he's loved since childhood."
