The girl watched as her hero simply continued on his way without even saying goodbye to her. To stop him from leaving, the girl spoke to him:
"Wait, sir! Your blanket."
Who, upon hearing this, just pointed at her and said:
"Brat, are you planning to walk home showing your vagina and nipples? Keep it for now; you can give it back to me some other day."
After concluding his words, he simply walked away, hidden by the crowd on the other street. The young woman quickly covered her body with the blanket and, without wasting any time, fled the scene, lest someone else try to take advantage.
In a house in a not-very-safe neighborhood in Guarly, a girl was haunted by the memory of that man who had tried to assault her. But the fear disappeared when she remembered and saw the blanket her protector had left in her care until they met again. After changing and getting rid of the clothes her attacker had destroyed, she set about starting the preparations for dinner.
That night, in the young woman's house, a well-built adult man with light brown hair and a beard is seen being dragged home by a little girl. When they enter, the little one hugs our protagonist and exclaims:
"Emily, bet you don't know what they taught us in school today?"
To which her sister replied:
"Let me guess… how to add and subtract?"
Which made the little girl puff out her cheeks and say:
"No fair! You guessed too fast!"
Making her sister hug her amidst laughter and send her to wash up before serving dinner. The man approached, gave Emily a kiss on the cheek, and said:
"Mmm, sweetheart, it smells wonderful. What did you cook?"
To which the girl replied with a smile:
"Your favorite food, Dad."
He quickly went to clean up to begin a nice dinner and a beautiful family moment, making Emily forget for a second the horrible event she had experienced that afternoon.
We are back in the alley where Emily is being assaulted again. She screams and looks everywhere, but no one comes to her rescue. Just as her assailant is about to finish his machiavellian deed, a golden light saves her, once again that mysterious man appearing. Suddenly, the girl wakes up in her room, looks around, and focuses her gaze on her hero's blanket. She decides that tomorrow she will return it to him, even if it's her only excuse to see him again.
