MARYANNE'S POV
It's been 2 weeks now, since dad passed away but still nothing has been the same
Mom doesn't smile anymore,she barely even talks all she does is cry in her room
And Ivy my sister, well atleast she's coping since the funeral she's been working her ass off
To manage my school fees and every other bills we owe
2days ago Ivy and I decided that we should move out,since dad's memories were too much for us and worse for mom so we picked a new town( Knoxville) that was where mom was born so it could be a back home for her
2days later we arrived in knoxville,the weather here has been great,it's a calm town I could say,the house we bought is nice and I'm transferring to Fulton high I'm praying that it'd be great too I just have to get through my senior year and I'll be done
As for my mom I think this is exactly what she needed to move on
"We're here!" Ivy says with a smile,her hands holding the driving wheel she drived me down my new school
" Yep we're already here" I replied boredom God I hate school
"Come on where's the excitement"she said nagging my shoulders trying to lift my spirit
" it's definitely not here " I rolled my eyes before replying
" Ok!I get it you hate school but you have to go anyways " she replied
" I know!" I then added "And you did you get any job here"
"Shit!how did I forget to tell you about that" she said excitedly again,then she added "so I applied for this like housekeeping job they pay 500dollars a month"
"that much for housekeeping?"I arched a brow
"I know right? I made research they're one of the rich people around here"
"Congrats then"I said with smile she's been really doing everything for us
" Thanks lil' sis, now hurry you're gonna be late"
" Oh right" I quickly got out the car then waved " byeee" she waved back and blew me a kiss
As I walk down the school's main hall everyone stares at me,feels creepy but whatever I love the attention
