Ultimate: We Who Fly Into Twilight - Press Ultimate when there's enough Decibel rating; summons a heavy storm before splitting it to summon a rainbow beam onto the enemy, dealing heavy Wind Damage and additionally dealing 300% of Hyacine's HP. Heals allies' HP continuously by 0.5%-1% of Hyacine's HP per second for 30 seconds.

When Hyacine uses [EX-SA: Tempestuous Halt], she gains 3 stacks of After Rain. When she leaves the battlefield, every time allies lose at least 4,000-2,000 HP, Hyacine will heal all allies by 1%-4% of her HP and use [EX-SA (Aftershock): Day So Right, Life So Fine!]. Every time an Aftershock is activated, it increases all allies' Damage dealt by 7.5%-20% for 40 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

When there's a Rupture or Stun Agent, Hyacine's Outgoing Healing is increased by 25%, and if Hyacine's initial HP is beyond 15,000, for every additional 1,000 HP, it increases allies' Sheer Force by 100 and Hyacine's Outgoing Healing by an additional 1%, up to 1200 Sheer Force increases and 12% Outgoing Healing.
