"President!"
"President!"
"President!"
Naruto walked into the conference room. People stood as he passed, greeting him with respect and adoration.
Around the table were Uchiha Shisui, Uchiha Itachi, Uchiha Fugaku, Uzumaki Karin, Aoiha, Ringo Yuri, Shiro, Yakushi Nonou, Yakushi Kabuto, and a dozen or so teenagers—fifteen or sixteen—who'd all grown into competent young members of the Red Sun Society under Naruto's care. They weren't the strongest fighters yet, but their ability to handle details and run the organization had become indispensable.
"President, Anbu of Fire has finished the investigation across the Land of Fire. Here's the report."
"President, Anbu of Water has completed its inquiries for the key cities; we need more time to expand operations. This is our current brief."
"President, Anbu of Wind has basically finished its survey of the Wind Country—this is the report."
Fugaku, Ringo Yuri, and Aoiha handed in their findings one by one. Over the last five years Naruto had organized Anbu teams: the Uchiha-led Anbu of Fire, Ringo's squad for Water, and others for the Wind Country. The intelligence they'd collected was disturbing—nobles and officials with layers of corruption and schemes.
"I'm stunned every time I read this," Naruto said, flipping pages, both angry and incredulous. "These nobles hide so many tricks."
"Itachi," Naruto went on, "classify crimes by severity and mark out targets so we can screen and purge them when the time comes."
"Yes, President," Itachi replied solemnly. He now headed the Red Sun Society's Law Enforcement Division—arrest, trial, punishment. What had started as small operations would soon scale up into full enforcement across the Land of Fire.
"Kabuto, how are things on your end?"
"President, our commerce efforts are spreading through the five countries. 'TVs' are already in thousands of homes across the shinobi world. The organization has a solid, sustainable income now—we can afford larger expansion without bleeding funds."
Yakushi Kabuto pushed his glasses up and reported calmly. Years of running businesses had softened him into a composed, measured presence—someone who handled people and money with finesse. Naruto felt quietly pleased—Kabuto had grown into a reliable pillar.
"Karin, the TV station—how's the programming coming along?" Naruto asked.
Karin—Naruto's former secretary, now head of Red Sun TV—blushed a little. "We've debugged the signal and can broadcast across the shinobi world. We're selecting programs: news, kids' shows, dramas, music, variety… but President, this is my first time running a station. I don't have much experience. Could you come by and give us guidance?"
"Of course. After the meeting, let's go to the station," Naruto said, giving her a smile that calmed her instantly.
Next Yakushi Nonou reported on medical affairs. The Red Sun Hospital had been established; their medical ninjas were trained, though they lamented not having enough actual battlefield cases to practice on. Still, the department functioned.
One by one, department heads briefed the group. It was the first major organizational review in years. Everyone left feeling energized. Shisui and Itachi—who'd started with Naruto when the Red Sun Society was only an idea—looked at the room with pride. What had begun as a handful of rebels had transformed into a structured organization with law enforcement, business, media, medical services, and intelligence. They'd built the backbone of something large.
Even fighters like Ringo Yuri and Scorch-style Aoiha felt their blood boil with purpose. They weren't just wandering warriors anymore; they were part of a movement aiming to fix a broken world.
"Shisui," Naruto said after a pause, "what's the latest on those we've been watching?"
Shisui—now mature and steady at twenty-two, vice president and chief administrator when Naruto was away—reported: "We have eyes on the spies inside Konoha. We're tracking Shimura Danzō's meetings with Orochimaru. If you order it, we can take them all in at once."
"For now," Naruto replied, "hold off. Danzo burrows too deep—killing clones won't solve the root problem. Orochimaru's slippery. Don't act on impulse."
Naruto looked around the room, eyes bright. "Everything is in place. The time is near—within a few months, I'd say. The Red Sun Society will take the stage among the Jonin-level powers. When that day comes, I will lead us in declaring to the shinobi world what the dawn of the Red Sun means."
His voice rang out, full of momentum. The conference room erupted in cheers.
They had reached this point through sweat and risk. Now the Red Sun Society was organized, funded, and ready. The dream of changing the ninja world—step by step—was becoming reality.
Everyone stood and cheered. This had been a long journey; the time to move onto the big stage had finally arrived.
