Chapter 45 - W

Zed slowly walked over to Hulk, opened his phone, and connected to the Falcon Watch's camera, holding it up in front of Hulk.

The Falcon Watch captured the scene of Ross's helicopter making an emergency landing, followed by Abomination climbing onto the rooftop helipad. The Falcon Watch also provided a close-up shot of Elizabeth, in a very human way.

After climbing to the top, Abomination stared directly at Ross and slowly walked towards him. Ross, summoning his courage, stood up from the ground and fearlessly looked directly at the huge Abomination.

Abomination, not seeing the expression he wanted on Ross's face, frowned slightly in dissatisfaction. He stopped, then gave a ferocious grin and turned to look at Elizabeth on the other side of the helicopter wreckage.

Ross immediately understood what Abomination meant and shouted anxiously: "Come at me if you dare! This is between you and me! Leave Elizabeth out of it! You bastard! Come on!"

Abomination ignored Ross's curses, turned to look at him, gave a mocking smile, and then walked towards Elizabeth.

Abomination grabbed the helicopter wreckage and threw it over Elizabeth's head. Frightened, Elizabeth collapsed on the ground and couldn't run away, and there was nowhere on the rooftop for her to escape Abomination's clutches.

Hulk, watching from the ground, bared his teeth and was about to rush up to the rooftop to fight Abomination again. But Zed poured a bucket of cold water on Hulk: "You won't make it in time! By the time you get up there, it'll be too late! Only I can save her now!"

Hulk stopped and looked at the small, black and green figure in front of him, roaring, "Save her! Save her quickly!"

Hulk's saliva sprayed onto Zed, who could only endure the disgust. After all, the customer was always right, at least until the customer paid.

Zed held a watch face in each hand, pointing the buttons toward Hulk and saying: "I need you and Banner to each press a watch face! Once you press them, I can immediately bring Elizabeth over!"

Hulk didn't have time to roar at Zed anymore; Banner's personality was struggling to come out, wanting to press that button. This time, Hulk used his big head to think for a moment and then tacitly allowed Banner to come out.

Hulk twitched, transforming into a bizarre state between Banner and Hulk. Banner's voice came from the giant body: "As long as I press the watch face, you can save Elizabeth?"

"I guarantee it! As long as both you and Hulk press them." Zed specifically reminded him to prevent Hulk from throwing a tantrum and not cooperating.

In the image from the Falcon Watch, Abomination was already infinitely close to Elizabeth, about to grab her in his hand.

Banner shouted urgently: "Hulk!!!"

Then, two fingers, one dark green and one light green, simultaneously pressed on two watch faces.

The two watch faces shone brightly and floated in the air, getting closer and closer, finally merging into one.

Zed held the watch face, bending over and trembling with excitement:

"Finally! Finally I've got it! The power of W!"

While Zed was cackling, Hulk roared again: "Hurry up!" It was clearly Hulk's voice; the tool, Banner, had been pushed back by Hulk again.

Having achieved his goal, Zed glanced up at the furious Hulk. After thinking for a moment, he decided he wasn't the kind of man to leave things unfinished, and then pressed the button on the Driver: "Stop! Time!"

Zed entered the world where time was frozen again, strolling down the street with his left hand on his hip. All obstacles were easily swept away by Zed with one hand. He leisurely walked to the building where Elizabeth and Abomination were.

Zed looked up at the building, then stepped onto the wall. He then walked vertically up the wall. Zed was in a very good mood, and his free hand swayed to the rhythm.

Zed reached the top floor just as Abomination reached for Elizabeth, on the verge of closing his fist.

Zed moved beside Elizabeth, embracing her and pulling her from Abomination's grasp. With time to spare, Zed looked up at Abomination, taking a good look.

"Ugly!"

After obtaining the W (Power) watch, Zed had become picky. Moreover, Hulk and Abomination still had a fight ahead of them, so Zed didn't bring out the Alien Watch.

Turning towards the edge of the rooftop, passing Ross, Zed didn't intend to save him, leaving Ross to fend for himself. Although Ross still had a role to play later, if his fate was sealed, he couldn't blame anyone.

Zed held Elizabeth as they jumped from the rooftop, leisurely returning to Hulk's side.

"Time! Start flowing!"

On the helipad, Abomination squeezed his fist intending to grab Elizabeth, but his grip was empty. Where did Elizabeth go? She was just in his hand! Abomination looked around, puzzled, trying to figure out what had happened.

Abomination couldn't understand it, and Hulk was even more confused. Hulk had just been roaring at Zed, and suddenly Elizabeth appeared in Zed's arms. Hulk, in his typically adorable way, scratched his big head, unable to figure out what was going on!

Zed put the frightened Elizabeth down, and she finally realized she was safe. She was away from the monster's clutches and back with Banner.

Elizabeth was about to approach the giant Hulk when an angry roar came from the rooftop in the distance. Thinking of her father still there, Elizabeth anxiously shouted, "My dad is still there! Please, save him!"

Elizabeth's request naturally didn't move Zed. He politely but ruthlessly said: "I'm sorry, Miss! My deal with Banner and Hulk only includes you, not Ross."

Seeing that the person who saved her unhesitatingly refused her, Elizabeth could only turn to Hulk beside her.

Hulk couldn't refuse Elizabeth's watery eyes, and he himself really wanted to beat Abomination up. He raised his finger and pointed at Zed, then turned to Elizabeth and said:

"Protect!"

After Hulk spoke, he turned and roared towards Abomination to attract his attention. Abomination indeed roared back at Hulk.

Hulk then pulled his legs and ran towards Abomination. Abomination, furious and looking for someone to vent on since he couldn't find Elizabeth, accepted Hulk's challenge and didn't bother with Ross, that little bug. He leaped and charged at Hulk.

The two giants were running wildly through the streets, like an earthquake, causing the surrounding buildings to shake violently.

Boom!

A huge wave of air spread out after Hulk and Abomination collided. However, neither was affected, and they began a melee fight, trading punches.

Zed, adhering to the principle of excellent after-sales service, pulled Elizabeth aside, away from the two behemoths, and didn't let her refuse. He found a relatively safe spot with a good view and sat on top of a car to watch the show.

It wasn't that Zed didn't want to jump in and fight, but he couldn't beat these two guys with brute force alone. Moreover, Hulk had rested for so long, and his stamina had almost recovered, so there was no need for him to intervene.

"You're just going to watch the show and not help?" The one who asked wasn't Elizabeth, who was beside Zed, but Tony, who had just finished emergency repairs.

Zed turned to look at the Iron Man Armor floating in the air, covered in wounds, and said, "Then you go! I won't stop you!"

Tony was speechless. How could he go?

But Tony didn't want to admit defeat: "I'll go back and develop an anti-giant armor, and then come back to settle the score! Who is this woman? Your girlfriend?"

"No! It's the one in the purple pants!" Zed pointed at Hulk, who was currently in a physical fight with Abomination.

Tony looked at Hulk, then at Elizabeth. Dead silence followed, only the sound of fuel burning from the Iron Man Armor's thrusters.

"Ahem… ahem… Love is free! Love is free!" The Iron Man Armor's faceplate hid Tony's expression, but his awkward voice gave him away.

Elizabeth wasn't in the mood to joke around with these two. She looked at Hulk worriedly and said, "Can't we really help him?"

Zed was in a really good mood, and explained to Elizabeth: "Look at how happy they are fighting. If I went up and disturbed their loving interaction, they'd both punch me. What's the point of me going?"

"But…"

"Relax! Hulk won't lose. Even if he does, isn't there Iron Man, Tony Stark?"

Tony: "You motherfucker…"

The battered Iron Man Armor didn't reassure Elizabeth. Only the person who had just saved her from Abomination could do that. But Zed had clearly refused, so Elizabeth could only pray for Hulk.

Hulk took a right hook from Abomination head-on, losing some teeth in the process. The green in Hulk's eyes intensified, and he spat out broken teeth and blood, twitching his cheek. He turned to look at Abomination, his eyes filled with fury.

"What are you looking at, huh? Look at me! Alright! Then I'll look at you too!" Abomination responded with the same ferocious gaze.

This further enraged Hulk. His anger was like a volcano erupting, as his fist slammed into Abomination's nose.

Abomination could feel it: Hulk's power had increased significantly, no longer the weak punches from before.

Just as Abomination was about to counterattack, Hulk charged again.

Boom! Bang!

Hulk's iron fists rained down on Abomination like raindrops, only these raindrops were a bit too big.

Abomination fell to the ground, trying to fight back, wanting to kick Hulk away and get up. Hulk directly grabbed Abomination's legs and started a spinning windmill.

Boom!

Abomination was slammed into a building by Hulk, but Hulk still wasn't satisfied. He charged in, grabbed Abomination's legs, and began to swing him around and around.

The enraged Hulk treated Abomination like a giant toy, smashing him about.

Abomination was stunned at this point, completely bewildered as to why Hulk had suddenly become so strong, but he didn't have time to figure it out.

Hulk threw Abomination back onto the street, jumped onto Abomination's hands, and stomped on them, breaking them. Then, he grabbed Abomination's head with both hands.

Crack!
