"Lyra, we're going for a walk on the beach; can you watch over things here?" Dex asked the sexy wolf before him.
"Okay, I can watch things here, but first, put sunscreen on my back," she said, relaxed on her towel, now lying on her stomach, the sun beating down on her unprotected back.
Before Dex could even respond, Echidna stepped in with a devilish smile. "Of course we can, dear."
Dex only watched from afar as the perverted Echidna, her hands slick with sunscreen, fiercely attacked the poor wolf-woman and her buttocks.
"What are you... Ohh!!!"
"When you let go of me, you'll... Ohhh!!!!"
So for more than five minutes, she was well cared for by her future wife. To the point where she was more concerned about breathing properly than chasing after her aggre—love.
When Echidna finished, she stood up looking satisfied. "Shall we, dear?" She extended her devilish hand to Dex.
He accepted the gesture and gave her his hand, though he let out a mental sigh. 'How can I love such a devilishly beautiful hand?'
He then led the way to the cave that housed the legendary item.
When Echidna saw him moving ahead, she caught a glimpse of his wide, tattooed back—marked by their forbidden marriage. 'Even though I shouldn't love him, I still do. Lady World, am I wrong for prioritizing myself for the first time in my life?'
Previous Life POV - Ray:
Youchibuuuu is an app widely used in Ray's world, hosting a variety of content such as cooking, cute animals, and even some dungeon raids by hunters.
But the content Ray was most interested in was about the game he'd been playing for several months.
A video, in particular, caught his attention; its title was: "How a wanker found the most OP item for knights! And how to get it!"
'I hope it's not clickbait,' he thought as he started to watch the video.
The video told the story of a player not only interested in the relationship mechanics with heroines or in combat. Actually, we can say he was more interested in evaluating the graphics, especially the part that gave the game an 18+ rating. Although scenes that could be considered sexual didn't appear in the game, there was a location created by the developers that caused controversy: the academy's beach, frequented by women practicing topless as a cultural practice of beast-women, adopted by much of the younger population.
Most players, when starting the game, decide to train the main character's initial commands, but this particular player decided to explore the controversial spot. There, he found what he expected.
He explored every corner of the beaches around the academy and, on one of them, found a cave. Seeing it, he thought maybe some beautiful young women had taken shelter there, so he went in but didn't find what he expected. He saw a large door with high elven script, which was later translated as "Heritage of the Gods." Without knowing, he entered the monster's lair. Instantly, his head was cut off.
In anger, he posted about the event on the game's Wiki. Later, an experienced player, currently in the second year, went looking for the location. By this point in the game, he was accompanied by a knight heroine, so his group consisted of a fourth-circle mage, the main character, and a heroine with her third soul. And they indeed found the place mentioned by the pervert.
A majestic stone door with ancient carvings appeared to them, and without fear, they opened it. For a few seconds, nothing happened, but that quickly changed. An attack faster than a lightning bolt came. For the fourth-circle mage, it seemed impossibly fast, but for a third-soul knight like her, it was possible to stop. It was later discovered that this attack always came head-on, never changing.
The enemy was a sort of minor Demon, wielding a sword made of pure darkness. The being was purely irrational, but had a very defined attack pattern, which—once memorized—could be defeated by any knight.
And Ray memorized it and knew how to solo the boss easily in-game. But in real life, things can be even more interesting and challenging.
Dex and Echidna's POV:
A cave could be seen in the distance, and as the two walked toward it, they talked about their plan. "Echi, did you memorize all the steps?"
"Of course, are you acting like I didn't help with the plan too?" Echidna complained, pouting cutely.
"You know one wrong move and we could die, right?"
"Of course, but I won't let you die, dear."
They finally reached the cave entrance. Inside, the ceiling was lit by glowing blue moss, the door looked like it had been carved by the gods themselves, and a deep smell of sea humidity filled the air.
But they were too focused to notice these things.
Dex grabbed a large stone, about the size of a human head, and positioned himself to one side of the door. Echidna followed his lead on the opposite side. Both said at the same time, "Open!" Each quickly opened one side of the door.
A deafening silence escaped the battlefield inside. Dex quickly threw the stone he was holding into the hall. For a moment, nothing happened, but soon after, the stone came flying back at an excruciating speed, now pierced through. And so, the first problematic attack from the Demon was nullified.
Without wasting a second, they entered the circular hall, each taking an opposite side. In the middle of the hall, it was—still chained, or almost, since now one arm was free, struggling to escape the shackles. The creature fought for a few seconds, but then the chains that seemed unbreakable fell from both the ceiling and the floor.
The Demon, now able to move, was still somewhat restricted by the chains left on its body. But this didn't matter; it could only think about how and who to kill first among the two intruders.
Before it could decide, Dex rushed in with his guard up.
The demon, seeing the young man charging at it with a strange aura, grinned at the challenge and also rushed toward him.
Dex ran quickly, observing the demon's every move, and began infusing demonic king aura into his fists.
Face to face, Dex shouted, "Now, Echidna!" And as if by magic, three bands made of indestructible black material with twisted markings wrapped around the demon's torso, neck, and the right arm holding the sword.
The immobilized demon could only watch as Dex performed one of the Demon King's techniques, gained after reaching the first soul: "Unarmed Demon King Style: Destruction Punch."
The fist landed heavily on the demon's chest, sending it flying in the direction where Echidna had been a moment before, strong enough to smash it into the wall.
But it didn't. Before it could even act, it was bound by dozens of bands, unable to move a single muscle.
"You know, I had to use up all the cloth I had on you, so that's why I'm like this," said lovely Echidna, now pointing at her naked body due to the lack of material. "Aren't I beautiful?"
The demon, realizing it was trapped again, could only look at the beautiful white-haired woman in fear.
She smiled sweetly. "I'm not going to hit you, cutie..." Then her smile turned demonic. "...But he will."
Thump!!!
A punch, infused with the demon king's aura, was dealt squarely to the demon's face—but that wasn't all. Dex hit it over thirty times in less than 10 seconds, and when he finished, there was nothing left—just a meal to be devoured by Gluttony.
When he finished, Dex's fist and much of his body were covered in blood.
Echidna, still naked, approached the bloody Dex and stood at his side. "You could have stopped sooner and not turned him into ground meat, but still, a demon's body will make a good meal for Gluttony and for us."
Dex put his arm around her waist and told her, "Well, it's the first time I've killed anything other than a bug, so I guess it's normal to overdo it." Then quickly returned to the main point. "Let's eat."
Echidna smiled and they both placed a hand on the demon's mutilated body. "Gluttony!"
