Whistling, while holding a binocular, Sophia chuckles, "alright. Good shots both of them hit the target, didn't even need to fire hanging shots so that tells me you have experience on that gun." As she nods and turns to look at the three.
"Alright. I see what you mean by her being a sharpshooter. And the brother atleast did great at reloading that thing quickly so kudos to you for that." As the then crosses her arms and leans heavily on one foot while examining the twins.
"Alright. I'll make an exception and see what I can do. You two are in, but im tossing you right in the current batch since from what I can see and tell from the document this commander sent. You two have been with him for a while and have been fighting alongside the girls with him so you do have some experience for that." As sophia then looks at the commander.
"They are to stay with you for tonight, and tomorrow get them to be examined by the medics and the girl fitted with a gear if she indeed is suitable for one. Then afterwards meet me in my office in the afternoon to finalize everything."
As she then tosses the commander a set of keys.
"These are your temporary accommodations for now. Once these two are in my office you are to head out and do as the mission i stated. Is that clear?"
Nodding and saluting, "understood, instructor sophia!"
Smiling at the commander's salute, "alright dismissed. I still need to do the paperwork you just tossed onto me for these two." As she then starts walking away from the three.

Sighing, the commander watches sophia walk away before turning to Anastasia and johan, "alright you heard her. let's go, follow me to the medical ward."
Nodding, the twins pack up and follows the commander towards the nearby medical ward.
After a few minutes of walking towards one of the many buildings within the academy, the commander then opens the door and ushers the twins inside.
Inside, the room seems to be some sort of lobby with some girls chatting about and some others seemingly cleaning or fixing their gears, at the end of the room by the only hallway is a counter where some nurses are filing some documents and manning the counter.
With the commander ans the twins walking inside, some eyes could be felt on the twins. And then the commander but it doesn't stay for long since as a medical ward all kinds of people come and go. And the three that entered doesn't seem out of the ordinary.
As the three walk towards the counter, one of the nurses turns around and faces them, "Hello what would be the problem? Is there anything that you need?"
Nodding the commander pulls out a document from his pocket and gives it to the nurse, "these two are here for a full check up and making a new record here, and her aptitude to be checked and be given basic gear."
With a nod, as the nurse takes the document and quickly scans it over. She then turns to Anastasia and johan, "alrighty then. Will you two please follow me? And can you kindly fill up this form?" As she then turns to the commander, "you can wait for them here in the lobby, the whole thing should only take 20 or so minutes overall."
Nodding, the commander then turns to the twins, "alright I'll wait here. Just follow their instructions and it should be done quick." As he then starts walking towards one of the empty chairs around the lobby.
The nurs then turns to the twins, "alroghty then please follow me, you can fill it up as we go or when we arrive at an empty room for the check up, are you two related by chance?"
"Uh... yes. She is my sister and im her brother. Though we don't really know who is older than each other. Is that a problem?"
The nurse shakes her head as she leads them down the hallway, "no worries we can work that out later. For now just fill out what you can."

After a short walk down the hallway, the nurse then turns and opens one of the room doors and ushers the twins in.
Inside the room, is a clean white painted walls and illuminated by multiple lights of varying intensity, presumably for the checkup.
"Alrighty, you two can fill up the forms for now while we quickly ready up this room." As she then presses one of the buttons next to the light switches of the room. As a ~bzzzz~ could be be heard buzzing for a bit. Before the doors to the room opens again as a few nurses quickly sets up the many apparatus going to be used for the full checkup and aptitude tests.
"Umm... miss? Do we need to fill up everything?" As johan scratches his head before turning around to ask the question.
One of the nurses, then turns around and shakes her head, "no need to fill our everything sweetie, just fill out what you can and you can leave the ones you can't blank."
As the nurse then turns around to quickly assist on setting up and plugging most of the appliances and devices around the room.
And after a little bit, most of the nurses starts leaving the room, but not all. As some could be seen talking to the nurse that lead the twins to the room, and picking up clipboard before turning and waiting for the two to finish up writing on the form.
