Chapter 7 - Ch 7. The Search for the Emerald Orb

"Find my bloodline. Restore the balance of the sea. And awaken the Emerald Sea Star."

The first coordinate transmitted from the Temple's Dimensional Core Room pointed directly to SuiraLand. Hidden deep within the island lay the key to restoring Poseidon's bloodline and the balance of the sea. It was the last sanctuary left by the primordial ocean, a place so sacred that even the god of the seas dared not interfere.

PoseiBot and Moro began their journey with caution, guided only by the faint signal left by Poseidon's ancient code. The mission was clear, yet the island was wrapped in mystery, its silence heavier than the sea itself. They knew the Emerald Orb was somewhere here, a relic that could change the course of the ocean's destiny.

The waves surrounding the island pulsed faintly, as if whispering to them. PoseiBot's internal sensors recorded fluctuations that resembled heartbeats, alive, sentient, and aware of their arrival.

While tracking the trace of the Emerald Orb, PoseiBot detected a new signal through the Dimensional Core. The signal consisted of paired coordinates, and to their surprise, its center was Suira's small wooden cabin.

Moro tilted his head, confused. "There's nothing here but dust and old memories."

But PoseiBot remained still, scanning the air. "No... there's something hidden below." His voice echoed softly as he crouched down, hand hovering just above the floor.

A low vibration hummed beneath their feet. PoseiBot's sensors pulsed once more, and a faint glow flickered beneath the old carpet. When he carefully lifted it, a hidden wooden trapdoor appeared, sealed shut with rusted hinges.

"This isn't on the island's layout," PoseiBot muttered. "It's been erased from every record."

Moro hesitated. "Then who built it?"

PoseiBot's eyes glowed faintly blue. "Someone who wanted it forgotten."

They opened the door. A cold draft breathed out from the darkness below, carrying the scent of damp stone and timeworn secrets.

The two descended slowly, their steps creaking on the wooden stairs. The walls were lined with cobwebs and crumbling stone, as though untouched for centuries. At the bottom stood a small underground chamber, cluttered with forgotten relics, frames, scrolls, and tools half-buried in dust.

And there, sitting in the center of the room, was an old teddy bear. Its stitched body was worn, its fur matted with age. Yet from its glass eyes, a faint emerald glow pulsed softly like the rhythm of a heartbeat.

Moro stepped closer. "That's... her toy, isn't it?"

PoseiBot said nothing. His sensors flickered as he scanned the energy field. The readings were unlike anything in his database. "This... this frequency is the same as the Aqua Crystals."

When he extended his hand toward the bear, the glow intensified. Streams of light began to spiral outward, filling the chamber with a brilliant emerald hue. Dust motes shimmered in the air like stars drifting through the abyss.

Moro's voice trembled. "It's alive... it's responding to you."

PoseiBot carefully opened the bear's glass eyes. Inside each socket rested a crystal sphere, swirling with oceanic light. Waves and constellations moved within, as though the sea itself was trapped inside.

As soon as he touched them, a burst of data surged through his system. Ancient Atlantean symbols flashed before his eyes, coordinates, sigils, and finally, a name: **Lycia.**

Moro's eyes widened. "Lycia... Suira's mother."

PoseiBot nodded slowly. "And the guardian of the Emerald Sea Star."

Moro gently removed the two orbs and placed them into his small leather bag. The crystals pulsed faintly, resonating with warmth, as if recognizing the presence of Poseidon's creations.

"We've found them," PoseiBot whispered. "The Emerald Orbs. The legacy of our master lives on."

Lycia was a being of light and water, born on the emerald planet within the Atlantis Nebula, thousands of light-years from Earth. On that world, time moved slowly; its people lived for nearly a thousand years. They were the keepers of balance, the ones who studied the harmony between creation and destruction.

She was known as the **Guardian of Dimensions**, chosen by the Creator to oversee the equilibrium of the seas across realities. When she came to Earth, she found it both beautiful and fragile, a young world of potential and peril. There she met Poseidon, the Sea God, and their fates intertwined like currents merging in the depths.

When humanity's arrogance led to Atlantis's downfall, Lycia made an impossible choice. To protect their newborn daughter, Suira, she sealed two Emerald Orbs, the keys to her heritage, into the eyes of Suira's beloved teddy bear. She whispered softly, "When the sea awakens again, this light will guide you, my star."

As the Great Flood consumed the world, Lycia vanished through the Gate of Tides, returning to her world in the Emerald Nebula. Her legend became a myth, her name erased by time, until PoseiBot awakened the signal again.

That night, the sea grew restless. The tides reversed their flow, and the air carried a strange hum that resonated through the ground. Birds circled in disarray, and deep below, the ocean trembled like a living thing.

PoseiBot analyzed the readings. "Seismic activity increasing... electromagnetic distortion detected. It's beginning."

Moro frowned. "A storm?"

PoseiBot's gaze shifted toward the horizon. "No. Something greater. The balance is breaking again."

The sky darkened as a low rumble echoed across the sea. The once-calm waves began to move with purpose, forming patterns that seemed unnatural, almost sentient.

PoseiBot turned to Suira. "We've found what we came for. The Emerald Orbs are the key to restoring the sea's balance. Come with us, there's still time."

Suira looked out at the horizon, where the first streaks of lightning painted the clouds in blue and gold. "This is my home," she said softly. "If the sea rises, I'll rise with it. I belong here."

Moro's voice trembled. "But you'll drown!"

Suira smiled gently. "The sea has never drowned me, Moro. It has always carried me."

PoseiBot hesitated, his optics dimming. He could not override her choice, it was written in her lineage. The daughter of Poseidon and Lycia, bound to the sea itself.

As they prepared to leave, a distant roar thundered across the horizon. Dark clouds swirled like living shadows above the ocean. The world was changing again, and destiny was calling them home.

The storm was not yet the Great Flood, but it was the whisper before it, the breath of the tide that would soon reshape the world.

And as the first raindrops touched the shore, the Emerald Orbs glowed faintly within Moro's bag, pulsing like the heartbeat of a world waiting to be reborn.
