Fiona glanced briefly at Tina before looking away, her tone cool and distant. "Hmm."
Tina's smile faltered for a split second.
She could tell Fiona wasn't particularly fond of her. Just as she was about to speak again, a servant appeared behind her.
"Dean Zhao, Mrs. Luke is asking for you downstairs."
Fiona nodded but hesitated, worry flickering in her eyes.
She turned to Helen and said softly, "Mentor Chow, could you keep an eye on Elder Luke for me? If anything happens, just call me."
Since today was Mrs. Luke's birthday banquet, the servant who usually looked after the old man was busy tending to guests.
Before Helen could reply, Tina quickly jumped in. "I can watch over him! Elder Luke is like a grandfather to me, it's only right that I help."
Fiona didn't even glance at her, her expression calm as she looked toward Helen instead.
Helen smiled faintly. "Sure. Tina and I will keep an eye on him together."
