As flashes continued to snap around him and the crowd pressed against the barriers, Noah's gaze flicked back toward the car. Through the tinted windows, he could just make out Levi's silhouette which remained still and unmoved in the back seat.
The omega hadn't made a move to support his family's claims. In this moment, that small act of... what? Loyalty? Indifference?. He does not know. But as long as Levi wasn't waiting for the right opportunity to join in with his family, Noah felt safe.
It didn't matter what to call it. What mattered was that Levi remained.
