Nevaeh nodded, noticing that Samuel was surrounded by a thick crowd, leaving her unsure where to queue.
Just then, a mocking voice rang out from beside her.
"What's this? Looks like nobody wants you."
Nevaeh turned her head to see Ryan looking at her with pure disdain.
Beside him, Elizabeth shot a curious glance, clearly enjoying the drama unfolding.
Nevaeh wasn't about to back down from this opportunity, nor would she let a few jabs get to her.
With a deep, cold gaze, she looked at Elizabeth but spoke to Ryan. "I thought only Elizabeth had a problem with her eyesight. Now it seems you're blind too. Maybe you should wash your eyes and see clearly who's standing in front of you, whether it's a person or a ghost."
Her words instantly infuriated Elizabeth, who had been eagerly waiting for some entertainment.
"What did you just say?" Elizabeth shouted, charging forward and attempting to shove Nevaeh.
Nevaeh was no pushover.
