"No." Fu Ming Shi immediately rejected Ning Wei's idea. "I can't allow you to go in there with that man." He did not mask his displeasure as he looked at Feng An Yu. "You're quite popular. What if someone recognized you? Xiao Wei, you stay in the car. I'll take him to see the doctor."
As the group's manager, Fu Ming Shi could imagine what would happen if Ning Wei were seen walking into the hospital while dragging such a good-looking man with her.

Fu Ming Shi shot Ning Wei a look. "What kind of person do you think I am? Would I leave a person at the hospital entrance just like that? I am not that irresponsible." He had the idea of leaving Feng An Yu, but he still had his conscience.

Fu Ming Shi drove off from the parking spot and entered the main road.

"Turn left at the intersection."
Fu Ming Shi met Ning Wei's eyes through the mirror and raised a brow. "Why? We should turn right if we're heading to your place."
"I'm not going back to my place. I'm meeting a friend," Ning Wei said. "It's urgent."
"What friend?" Fu Ming Shi was not too happy when he found out that he would have to head to another place.
"It's related to my family," Ning Wei said. "My friend said she might have some clue. Brother Fu, I'll send you the address." She lowered her head and started tapping her fingers on her phone.
Fu Ming Shi's heart skipped a beat.
He knew the reason Ning Wei entered the entertainment industry at the beginning had something to do with her family. Back then, Ning Wei said that she would retire from the entertainment industry once she found what she was looking for.
