Qing Ke went into the bedroom she usually occupied whenever she came to Ning Wei's place.
Ning Wei watched her mother's figure and thought about letting her mother rest after a long journey. Before she could turn around to leave, her mother called her over into the bedroom.
"What's up?" Ning Wei walked into the room and saw that her mother was in the middle of unpacking her bag. The corner of her lips began to twitch when she saw the items on the bed. Other than two smaller packages, there were a few colorful clothes scattered around.
"Wei Wei, take a look at this." Qing Ke raised a sweater in her hands. "I made it for you. Come. Try it on and see if it fits you."
Ning Wei walked closer. A helpless sigh escaped her lips when she saw the strawberry pattern on the sweater.
From the moment Qing Ke took Ning Wei in, she had always asked Ning Wei to dress up like a boy in public. A few bad guys were after Ning Wei, and this was Qing Ke's way to ensure Ning Wei's safety.
