What in the world is this OP ability?

Like... Can Control anything? Anything? If this works exactly how I think it is, I'll be able to turn into that guy who controls Vectors or something. In theory I should be able to "Control" my speed to light speed!
So... I just have to think like a super computer to calculate my vectors...? Nah, that's impossible, I'm not a level 5 top 1 esper with the brain power of a computer.
Let's just start slow, by moving slightly faster.

After what seems like forever I can see a Big Bubble housing many colorful smaller bubbles that also contain even smaller bubbles. But since I was focusing on speed, I didn't bother to look at it for even a second.
