"We she said the knights are going to protect us, I thought she was coming along with me" Bell complained as he arrived at the front of the tunnel.
Daria had walked with him for a while before leaving him to another knight. He was a energetic knight in a bronze armor.
"Name's caelum, and I'm going to be your guide" He introduced himself with a wide smile on his face.
"Bell" Bell replied. "Can we get this over with?"
"Sure!, Let's go".

As they walked deeper into the mine, the touches appears to be getting dimmer. The system message suddenly popped up.
[Ryu left the party]
'What the hell does that mean?. I doubt Ryu could walk away on her own, maybe it's because she was out of my range.'
Bell was beginning to get scared, the mineshafts was beginning to creep him out, making me imagine a goblin jumping out of nowhere and attack him.
They got what appears to be a bridge, the unsafe looking wooden bridge was cross a bottomless pit.
"Try to be careful. Below this bridge is an abyss, some people says there might be a dungeon down there" The knight warned as he carefully walk across.
Bell tried not to look down but he couldn't, the abyss was too deep to see anything.
"If there is a dungeon down there, shouldn't you go down there to clear it. Don't you think it's dangerous to let us mine here" Bell asked after he was able to cross the bridge.
"It's not as easy as you say. The holy knights have declare the dungeon to be an S rank!" The knight said. "With more than a hundred floors!"
'S rank!, Isn't that the highest ranking used in video games!?, If a monster happened to attack us then we're all dead!'
"Stop!" the knight ordered. "You will be working with those miners" The knight said pointing at a small group miners who was trying to clear a path that lead deeper into the dungeon.
Bell had never seen a mine before but he wasn't expecting it to be so big, it was almost three times the size of the whole town. The miners were coordinated, each given different job to do. Some mined, some gather the raw materials while the rest carries it on wagons to the town, but the thing that disturb Bell was the fact that the ground which they were all standing on was directly above the abyss.
The mine was as bright as day, there were also other miners and knights giving orders and keeping everyone in check.
As soon as we started working, slowly hitting the rocks with the pickaxe, the knight walked away and joined the others who were drinking at a corner.

Bell minded his business and slowly starting to break the rocks. He didn't know how to mine, he'd never done anything like it in his previous life but he's mined in video games, a lot, how hard can it be?.

**BREATHING HEAVILY**
"Gahh..." Bell fell on the ground. "I've never been more tired in my life. I've been hitting the same rock for what felt like a whole day but nothing happened"

"My strength increase from working out?, At least the past few hours weren't for nothing."
**THUD**
He stood up looked to the direction of the other miners, they had all sat together on their break while she was left to work alone. It was not like he had any problem with it, he just wanted to get of there as soon as possible.
The other miners were staring down into the abyss. Bell slowly walked to them trying to find out what happened.
"He fell down!"
"No, he didn't. I saw something pulling him!"
"I think there is a monster here!, Let's get out while we can!"
The knights soon noticed the commotion and intervene.
"What is going on!?, Why aren't you on your work station!?" One of the knights asked.
"How can we work when there is a monster hunting us on by one?!!!" One of the miners asked.
Bell quickly pushed his way to the front, he was finally in front of the crowd as the knights walked to the edge of the abyss and looked down, while the rest of the knights tried to calm the miners.
"There's nothing here sir" the lower ranked knight in a bronze armor informed the higher rank Knight in a golden armor.
"You see?, It's just your imagination" The golden armored Knight said with a smile. "There is nothing he..."
The knight paused then suddenly started to cough out blood, he looked down at his stomach. A giant stinger had pierced through his stomach, breaking his armor in the process.
Bell eyes widened from shock as he slowly walked back, the other were also shocked
"W-what is that?" An elderly man shakenly and pointed above them.
Bell cautiously raised my head upwards.
"I-it's a spider monster!!!" Another miner yelled and everyone started running.
That mean the thing that pierced the knight wasn't a stinger but one of it's gigantic legs.
The monster stood upside-down on the ceiling, it webs were used to hold all it's captive that it had successfully tied up with it's strings.
"Ahhh!!!!, wahhh!!!" a teenager yelled as a smaller spider jumped on his shoulder and bit his neck.
He struggled as the spider venom flows into his body before falling to the ground, after witnessing that, Bell quickly dashed towards the mineshafts, pushing his way through the crowd.
More smaller sized spiders appeared out of nowhere and started tearing up any they could get their hairy legs on and chew some parts before throwing away the rest.
They finally stopped at the abyss that lead to the tunnel and outside the mine but the bridge was gone, leaving them without any way to escape.
"What are we going to do?!!!"
"The monster most has destroy the bridge!!!"
"We're going to die!!!"
As the miners began to panic, the surviving knights - about five of them - stood between them and the spiders.
"Alright men, ready your weapon!" A knight with a sliver armor ordered. "It's our job to protect the miners"
Slowly, the rest knights who were panicking came to a resolve and unsheathed their swords. The knights charged at the monsters, using their swords, they were able to cut down the spiders but they kept coming more and more.
Not long during the battle the spiders began to retreat, with not even one of the knights injured, the miners began to cheer for them.
Bell let out a sigh of relief and sat on the ground. Suddenly, a giant spider pounced on the silver knight and sunk it's fangs through his armor, it's maw leaked out purple liquid and the knights body slowly melted as he screamed in anguish.
One of the teenage miner who was beside Bell, started screaming, Bell turned to him and noticed a string was holding his neck and forcefully pulling him upward, but before Bell could rush to his rescue, his body was split into two, blood rained on Bell as he ran past his body with an attempt to save him.
"Argh~!" A younger knight exclaimed as a giant spider landed on him and tore him into pieces.
Another giant spider appeared and tore through the knights with ease, the miners began to freak out again and began to push each other down the abyss as everyone struggles to hide behind others.
