Inside the three-story house near the coast area of the Bludhaven city at the top floor inside the left side of the room, Ryotaro is doing the push-up exercise steadily.
"97..98..99..100..Hoo...This is becoming more easier than the first time. System how many recovery I had."

"It has been 10 days without doing anything and just observe the surroundings of the city. I need some kind of surveillance to know more about the criminal activities and from my uncle's words this city is already filled with dirty cops. He is also thinking about going to other city. This is good for me but from the information I had. The Ultra Dai Shocker are started to appear around one year ago with Superman and Flash fighting some of them."
"So,they didn't know that much about the monsters. I hope Batman doesn't figure out about all of them yet. This guy is someone I really don't want to fight after Flash."
"So, I don't need to worry about my situation after all my uncle is moving out to the other city but I need to make my move in the city now because of that fucking system."

"What do you mean vacation? I am always doing my daily mission and analyse the City's conditions to know more about it. Okay."
"I hope my uncle is already sleep. Now, let's go out to do my mission."
With that Ryotaro started to change his outfit into all black. The black hoodie with black trousers and black mask covered his lower face. He then slipping down from the top floor and put out his motorcycle which is designated the "MB1000RV" as black and green and is also able to change forms by swapping out the back half of the motorcycle. It's called Hardboilder. Ryotaro started the engine and went towards the nearby coast area which is filled with criminal activities.
He then used his Spider Memory to use as the grappling hook to go at the top of the building and watch the city from the top with orange device. The Denden Sensor is a pair of night vision goggles that switches between Goggle Mode and Denden Mode with the use of the Denden Memory. Its primary ability is to detect changes in the light spectrum and alert its user to possibly cloaked targets. Its Goggle Mode also serves this purpose, used to detect the presence of the invisible Lily Shirogane in its first appearance. It is also used as a surveillance device, being able to store 8 terabytes of information in its Pseudo Memory.
"Are they doing the secret trade between the two gangs? This is going to be my chance but I don't want them to know about my whereabouts and my imagine yet. So, let's start with the mission under some kind of cover."
Ryotaro put the Lostdriver belt on his wrist and insert the Joker Memory and changed into the Kamen Rider Joker form.
He then used all of his Memory gadgets to change them into Stag Mode, Spider Mode and Bat Mode to destroy the light inside the abounded factory. He then crashed directly into the window in front of him at the speed of a 100-meter sprint.
In an instant, broken glasses flew everywhere, and the gangsters who were gathering inside were completely unaware of the situation and were baptized by dust.
"What the hell!" The sudden noise made the gangsters who were gathering at the secret trade covered in dust and dirt, and they all burst into swear words.
He then ran towards them and collided with strong impact. He doesn't need to use any fantasy moves just plain old fists and kicks to knock out all of them. He then started to tie them up and take them away with cartwheel and sent them towards the police department and called the media channel for reporting the arrest. After all, this city is already filled with dirty cops. So, he needs to make sure everyone knows what kind of things happened in this city.
When police walked out of the station to check the situation of the gang members inside the cartwheels. The reporters came out like a hungry ants chasing the candy with eager expression and asked.
"What do you want to talk about this arrest?"
"Do you know who beat them up like that and sent them? What kind of motivation the guy has?"
"Is that a new superheroe in this city?"
"Can you please say something?"
The police department's chief said with an angry expression.
"We will not answer any questions. Also these guys are not the criminal. We don't even know what they did to be treated like that. We will arrest whoever is responsible for this attack."
Someone from the crowd of reporters said.
"This guys are criminal who are doing the secret trade in the abounded factory near the coast area west side of the city.We got the evidence photos and inside the box is their trade items. We only want to know the truth about what you guys are going to do."
"We will judge them with absolute justice and carry out our jobs. So, you guys can go back." Police department's chief said with an assuring smile.
After the reporters went back with their camera crews, one of the police asked with worries expression.
"Sir, these guys are from the Dark Slient Gang and Russia Mafia Gang. What are we going to do?"
"We need to wrap this up without taking anymore troubles later. Now, we need to warn them about the new superhero in this city. By watching this situation, we can easily know his motives. He is telling us to do our jobs without playing any games with him or her. But this will not change even he is Superman except he is Batman. But Batman will not come to this city. Hahahahaha...."
Inside the police department wall frog like device is listening attentively. The Frog Pod is a speaker that switches between Speaker Mode and Frog Mode with the use of the Frog Memory, which is similar to a MP3 Player that acts as a sound recorder. When the recording is played back, the Frog Pod can modulate the sound to be anyone's voice. Its primary uses are for audio recording and analysis.
Nearby alley Ryotaro is sitting on the Hardboilder, listening the voice of the police department's people.
"This is going to be interesting."
