Chapter 32 - [Chapter 32] Roy vs Gojo

Roy's fist cut through the air, crimson cursed energy vibrating so violently that the atmosphere warped around it.

For a fraction of a second, Gojo's Six Eyes tracked every particle, calculating its trajectory, and then he was gone.

The world snapped, and suddenly Gojo was behind Roy, his voice dripping with mockery.

"Quick moves, huh? Did you forget I'm not exactly slow either?"

A fist wrapped in Blue surged forward, distorting the space around it as it rocketed toward Roy's ribs.

But the punch went straight through him.

Gojo's eyes widened.

'An afterimage? No… an illusion—'

"Over here."

The voice came from his left.

Six Eyes twitched, locking onto a second fist already swinging in from his right.

He barely had time to bring his forearm up before the blow connected.

BOOM!

The impact rattled through the air like thunder, sending Gojo crashing across the district, tearing through steel and stone until a building swallowed him whole.

Roy straightened his arm and chuckled, crimson light flickering across his body.

"How could you forget my first trick Gojo."

The rubble shifted.

A shadow stepped out unscathed, brushing dust from pristine white fabric.

Gojo's grin was sharp, but his eyes burned brighter now, no longer the calm azure glow Roy remembered, but a neon blaze that threatened to swallow the night sky.

"Never thought your illusions would be strong enough to trick the Six Eyes,"

Gojo admitted, his voice cutting with rare honesty.

"Even if I wasn't using them at full power just now."

Roy's smirk faltered.

"…What do you mean—"

But before the words left his mouth, Gojo's eyes flared like twin suns.

The pressure behind them made Roy's gut tighten, his instincts screaming at him. That was the true weight of the Six Eyes.

Roy exhaled.

"Guess it's useless to keep hiding behind Trickster."

His arms crossed before his chest, chains rattling. With a growl, he shouted.

"Release!"

The bindings shattered into ash.

In their place, markings etched themselves across his flesh, curling into intricate, tattoo-like designs that glimmered faintly under the crimson haze.

At first glance, they looked like ink, but Gojo's Six Eyes saw something else.

They weren't tattoos

. They were scales. Dark, reflective, shimmering with cursed energy compressed so densely it bent the air around Roy.

"…Huh."

Gojo tilted his head, intrigued.

"Didn't know you were into body mods."

But the grin faded as the weight of Roy's energy hit him like a wall.

The literal air seemed to strain, pulled and compressed by a pressure that screamed danger.

Roy vanished.

Threadstep launched him forward, but not in long strides, instead in sharp, violent bursts, each one multiplying the speed of his movements by aligning momentum with cursed energy.

His kick came in like a jet burst, faster than Gojo had time to fully adjust for.

The impact slammed into Gojo's side with a force that shattered sound, sending him hurtling back.

He tore through one building, then another, walls crumbling in showers of dust and concrete.

Roy flexed his leg, smirking to himself.

"Force times mass… nothing fancy. Just physics with a little cursed energy boost."

He crouched, preparing to launch again, but Gojo was already there.

The world folded as Gojo teleported back into Roy's space.

His hand gripped Roy's head like iron, and with a violent downward arc he slammed him into the pavement, stone cracking beneath the impact.

"Try this on for size."

Energy swelled.

Not from his palm, but from his foot.

Gojo's heel glowed with inverted energy as he kicked downward.

"Red."

The explosion detonated point-blank.

For the first time, Gojo fused his movement with Red through his lower body, improvising a brutal stomp.

The blast annihilated the ground, blasting Roy through multiple layers of concrete and steel.

He crashed through floor after floor until the foundation gave way, cratering the building's base and collapsing half the block into ruin.

Dust rose like a storm.

From the distance, the other sorcerers paused in their battles, eyes drawn unwillingly to the clash.

Even while struggling against swarms of curses, they could feel it, the raw, suffocating clash of two forces that shouldn't exist in the same era.

Murmurs spread through their ranks.

"Did you see that?"

"That crimson energy."

"He's fighting Gojo sensei head on…"

Just recently the Jujutsu world encountered Yuta Okkotsu, the 4th and most recent Special Grade Sorcerer.

But now? it seems that the 5th Special Grade Sorcerer had revealed themselves.
