A couple of months trickled by, and I have made some additions to the homestead, such as, dining room table and chairs, two beds, a fire pit/place inside and outside the home. I built a post that you can hitch and unhitch your horse to and from. I have also decorated the inside with a few touches here and there, like a few pelts of some of the animals that I have hunted on the floor, and some candles and lanterns around the place. it was finally coming together, little by little, getting better every day. There was a comfort growing inside my heart for this place with each rise and set of the sun.
I have been teaching Joyce how to swing a sword and use a bow every day for the past month, and she is becoming quite skilled… very sharp. Now, she is no Celest, but she is getting there day by day.
