Although it was Keqing's first time opening card packs, she could tell from the reactions of those around her and the rarity of the cards that her luck was excellent!!!
One pack revealed two Epic cards!
Though there was no Legendary card, getting two Epics from a single pack was still impressive!
Keqing glanced over the five cards.
She first looked at the Normal and two Rare cards...
All three were Monster Cards, nothing particularly special.
[Silver Fang] Level 3│EARTH│Beast│1200 ATK / 800 DEF
[Sangan] Level 3│DARK│Fiend│1000 ATK / 600 DEF
[Kuriboh] Level 1│DARK│Fiend│300 ATK / 200 DEF
Among them, Keqing liked Kuriboh the most.
Kuriboh, covered in brown spiky fur with green claws and big eyes, was extremely cute.
Unfortunately, Kuriboh couldn't fly out of the card like Hu Tao's [Lost Ghostling].
After Keqing and the others confirmed the first three cards, the main event followed.
The two Epic cards were revealed!
Everyone watched Keqing's hands. The excitement in the air made Keqing unconsciously swallow.
She drew out two cards glowing with a faint violet light!
[Cloudlance Sword Art] (Spell Card)
On the card art, Keqing leapt with her sword over a Great Snowboar King, her blade crackling with Electro energy as five purple slashes struck down a Rockfungus behind it.
╵Choose one monster; halve its original Attack, and that monster can attack directly.
[Swordlight Like Me, Cut Down All Offal!]
On the card art, Keqing was in the Wanmin Restaurant kitchen, slicing at a herd of fierce yaks with her sword while Xiangling cheered her on, hugging Guoba. Meanwhile, a pot of water boiled on the stove.
╵For each monster on the field, recover 500 Life Points and deal 300 damage to the opponent.
Keqing stared at the two cards bearing her own image and was momentarily stunned.
The nearby customers laughed and commented:
"As the symbol of martial prowess, both cards show Lady Yuheng in battle!"
"Truly fitting for her~"
"Although... the second card, 'Cut Down All Offal', is making me hungry."
"Stop it, you're drooling!"
"You... show no respect to the Qixing!"
Xingqiu smiled and said, "Congratulations, Lady Yuheng. You actually drew two~"
"This [Cloudlance Sword Art] is indeed stylish, but haha… I didn't expect you to enjoy beef offal so much..."
Keqing shook her head, "No..."
"But... it's quite interesting nonetheless. This [Cloudlance Sword Art] is reasonable, but this [Cut Down All Offal] is a bit hard to understand."
"I would never do something like that!"
As the true nature of the two Epic cards was revealed, Keqing, being the first to see them, gave her own evaluation.
Speaking, Keqing twirled her sword twice.
"Clearly it should be swordlight like me, cutting down all clutter..."
"That's more like it."
With Keqing drawing two Epic cards, the shop buzzed with noise.
Everyone marveled at her luck, believing her future prospects were bright.
Unfortunately, Hu Tao's single pull of a gold card still held more weight.
Perhaps Keqing would soon draw a Legendary card as well!
Seeing Keqing draw two cards related to herself, Xingqiu couldn't help but feel envious!
Though Keqing had only just started, she was already looking forward to Duel Monsters with great excitement...
Hu Tao glanced at the cards Keqing had drawn, then at the thousand packs she carried.
"Heh heh~ Maybe..."
"This Hall Master can open even more cards of her own!"
After seeing the cards Keqing pulled, Hu Tao continued toward the door.
Luya watched Hu Tao happily leave with her packs and Duel Disk, knowing she was surely going to recommend Yu-Gi-Oh! to Xiangling.
He could already imagine the bustling scene in his shop!
Now… the biggest problem was still the shortage of card packs.
To increase the number of packs, the fastest way was to upgrade the shop.
Currently, Luya's card shop could only generate 1,500 packs a day and sell 30 million Mora in revenue.
And these popular Liyue figures were all incredibly wealthy.
Wangsheng Hall Master Hu Tao... Morax Zhongli, Second Young Master of the Feiyun Commerce Guild, and Keqing of the Liyue Qixing!
Not to mention Yuheng Ningguang, and Wanmin Restaurant's Xiangling...
The Fatui Harbinger Childe, merchants from other nations...
All of them...
were walking piles of Mora!!!
Thinking of this, Luya couldn't help but smile.
He eagerly anticipated more customers coming to his shop. Now he had to upgrade quickly, make the shop bigger to accommodate more people, generate more card packs each day, sell more, and create a positive cycle~
So the shop could level up faster, achieving the goal of letting all of Teyvat play Yu-Gi-Oh!
