The next day, Tyler got up and heard a screeching sound, he looked outside the window and saw Lily's dad cutting down a tree. Tyler came out from the room, he went to the sitting room and saw the goblin making breakfast. He was shocked and surprised that a goblin is cooking
''your surprise a goblin can cook'' Lily said
''yeah you taught him how to cook'' Tyler asked in amusement
''yes I taught him, in case am sick or my dad is tired'' Lily replied
Lily's dad came inside, dropped his chainsaw and went to join them at the table. The goblin dished their breakfast, and they all started eating. Tyler took a bite of the food and smiled
''wow, this tastes good''
''thank you boy'' the goblin said
''because he said your food is good, doesn't mean you cook better than me'' Lily said
''yeah she's right'' Tyler said smiling at Lily
They look at each other and smiled warmly, they quickly snapped out of it, when Lily's dad said
''today's is the annual carnival, Tyler do you want to come with us'' Lily's dad asked Tyler
''annual carnival, what does it mean'' Tyler said confusingly
''it's a time that comes once in a year, that everybody comes together to have fun and also bring somethings along to share to the people, who don't have enough'' Lily explained
''wow, that's great I would love to come'' Tyler said
''but you can't come with us looking like this'' Lily said
''what's wrong does my cloth look bad''
''yeah, it looks horrible, the back has been chopped off'' Lily said
''so what am I going to wear''? Tyler asked
''don't worry I have something for you to wear'' the goblin said
They finished breakfast and the goblin took Tyler to a room and gave him a hoodie and a good jean.
''where did you get this from'' Tyler asked
''I won't tell, just wear them'' the goblin said, making Tyler curious
Tyler wore the cloth and stepped out of the changing room, the Goblin just smiled and said he looked great. Lily and her dad were at the carnival waiting for the goblin and Tyler, they arrived and Lily starred and Tyler like he was a model.
''hey how do I look now, more decent now'' Tyler asked
''yeah'' Lily replied
Lily's dad left the two to have fun, why the goblin went away. Lily and Tyler went to get popcorn, then Lily's friend Emily walked over to them.
''hey lily'' Emily
''hey Emily'' Lily said in excitement
''how are you doing'' Emily asked
''am doing great, how about you'' Lily answered
''am doing great also, so you decided to come to this year Annual carnival'' Emily said
''I came to have some fun'' Lily said
''who is this handsome and cute guy'' Emily asked
''it's my friend Tyler, Tyler say hi to Emily'' Lily told Tyler to greet Emily
''hi, my name is Tyler'' Tyler said
''nice to meet you, it looks like your new around here'' Emily asked
''he's from tenebrous'' Lily answered
''wow, it's nice to see a fellow person like us that is from tenebrous'' Emily said
''Lily it's the first time I have seen you talking to a boy so peacefully and calm, it looks like you like him'' Emily said making Lily to blush
Tyler was looking somewhere else so he wasn't really paying attention to what they where saying, and he didn't see when Lily blushed.
''stop it, he's just a friend and this isn't the first time am talking to a boy so calmly and for too long'' Lily said
''that was Collins and besides he was your boyfriend, you have to talk to him for long'' Emily said
''really'' Lily said
''yeah'' Emily answered
As they were still talking Lily's ex- boyfriend Collins came up to them.
''hey ladies, I saw you guys from afar and decided to say hi'' Collins said
''hey Collins, long time no see, after you and Lily broke up'' Emily said making the scene awkward
Collins broke the silence with a question
''Lily how you doing''
''doing great, you'' Lily asked back
''am doing great, in fact I have a new girlfriend'' Collins said
''really, where is she''? Emily asked
''she's over their'' Collins replied
''who is this'' Collins asked
''he's name is Tyler'' Lily said
Lily pinched Tyler and he turned, Collins stretched his hand for a handshake.
''hey mate, my name is Collins Lily's ex-boyfriend, it's nice to meet you''
''it's nice to meet you too'' Tyler responded
''guys I need to be going, my mom would be looking for me'' Emily said leaving them
''so what are you to Lily'' Collins asked
''he's my boyfriend'' Lily blurted out
Tyler was confused and Collins was surprised.
''really, since when'' Collins asked
''we have been together for a month now'' Lily said holding Tyler arm
Lily gave Tyler a sign to play along and he did, he also lied and Collins suggested an idea.
''alright then why don't we go on a double date''
''what but we have some other places to go'' Tyler said facing Lily
''sure, I mean it's not like we have anywhere going at the minute'' Lily said
The four couples all went to different rides, and also ate different food. In the midst of all those fun and exciting things, Lily and Tyler bond grew and they were getting closer and closer every minute. Collins had a crazy idea,
''why don't we go into the woods and see the typhilis''
''what is a Typhilis'' Tyler asked
''you are from tenebrous and you don't know what a Typhilis is'' Collins said
''I know it's just that….''
''look a typhilis is a beautiful creature that comes in the woods every one hundred and twenty- five years, but on that day it's not everyone that is lucky to see it'' Lily explained
''ok let's go see it'' Tyler said
''what are you crazy, what if we don't see it, but a wild creature sees us what are we going to do'' Lily shouted at Tyler
Collins and his girlfriend watched as Lily shouted for Tyler, she noticed they were looking at them and stopped. Lily agreed and they all went into the woods looking for the Typhilis, as they were looking for it a dark cloud hovered on them and everywhere was fogy. They couldn't see and demons started coming down, trying to attack all of them.
Tyler saw them and came in defense, he used his powers to drive the demons away, but that wasn't enough. They kept coming and coming in large numbers, the demons had almost had them, when a golden staff suddenly appeared in front of Tyler. He looked at it for a sec and remembered what Kaelos had said
''the staff only shows itself when you are in danger''
Tyler grabbed and pointed it to the sky, and then a lighten struck and all the demons all disappeared. Lily and the rest where surprised and Collins asked
''who are you''
''am the king of tenebrous'' Tyler said
