Things calmed down once Ben gave Theo the medicine and Theo went to sleep. I wanted to visit Theo as well, but both Ben and Emma reminded me that it wouldn't be a good idea.
As a beta-alpha couple, these two knew about the nuisances of the alpha-omega cycle better than anyone else.
So I went to sleep early that night and decided to get my much-needed rest.
Due to going to bed early, I woke up early as well, and I decided to look around. When I went to the kitchen, I heard someone talking in the other corridor and decided to listen in.

"I will. Thank you for looking after me."
Those voices belonged to Theo and Ben, and I immediately wanted to show up and meet Theo. But I held myself back as I recalled what happened the last time I was with him.
"Is there anything you want me to tell Kyle while you are away?"
