By the time I reached my room, I had calmed down. What happened with Lynn still bothered me, but I did not let it get to me.
Outside, the sun had started to set, painting the world a beautiful red color, and I felt drawn to it.
"The sky is beautiful at the moment, right? Even I want to go out and enjoy this. Shit… I did not mean to startle you."
I lashed out without meaning to when I heard that voice speak to me, and my hand almost collided with Sasha's face.
Thankfully, her reflexes were fast, so she was able to take a step back in time. And due to her powers as a healer, she was also able to heal the small wound I left on her.
"A-Are you alright? I did not mean to hit you. This was an accident…"
I clarified before the situation could turn sour.
I had no idea how much teamwork would be needed in the next few days, but I did want the cooperation of these people.
Sasha just blinked before she waved her hand with a small laugh.
