I warned Lynn and he blocked the attack coming for him from his left. I also dodged the attacks coming for me as I defended Klein and Joshua's unconscious body.
We were currently dealing with the monsters that had attacked us not too long ago.
They came out of nowhere and there were quite a few of them. I had lost count after a dozen or so but I could not see an end to these huge monsters.
The black mass in my pocket stirred, likely wanting to tell me something. But I had no time for it when I needed to run for my life.
"S-Save me-! It's too close-!"
Klein cried as he saw one of the claws almost reach him. I cut it off using my knife and gave the alpha an annoyed look.
"Why did you even come here if you cannot handle monsters and fighting? Did you think we came here to play?"
I asked the hunter and he gulped, now terrified.
