"Damn I meditated for the whole night but I don't feel tired at all"

"It must be because I'm now an awakened and also a dragon I guess"

He went towards the bathroom to wash himself up before going to the academy for the final exam

After the bath Adam wore his casual clothes being a black t-shirt, dark purple jacket and grey sweatpants topping it off with black sneakers

After finishing up he went outside he decided to walk towards the academy this time since it wasn't that far from where he stayed

He then arrived at the location with just 30 minutes to spare as the other participants also arrived at the area, Adam scanned the area locking eyes with duke and Selena

"He guys."

"Hey Adam"

"How are you?"

Duke and Selena asked respectively they also felt his mana was more refined and it didn't take them long to realize that he was now D ranked just like them

"It seems you ascended to the next real quite fast huh"

"Well I had some motivation hehe"

Adam said so while chuckling for a bit they all talked for a while asking each other questions, about how they've been and what they've been up to for the last 5 years

That's when an instructor came to them and said it was time for the final exam, he gestured them to follow him as they went to the arena, that's when they saw the the area.

The academy's grand arena stretched wide like a coliseum carved from enchanted stone, it's walls were etched with runes that pulsed faintly in rhythm with the crowd's anticipation.

Sunlight poured in through an open roof, catching the shimmering banners if dozens of guilds and noble houses. The air buzzed with tension, the faint crackle of magic weaving through the atmosphere as though the very stones remembered the countless duels fought here.

At the highest tier in the VIP SECTION gleamed with opulence. Rows of velvet-draped seats overlooked the battlefield, reserved for the most powerful figures in the realm.

Guild leaders, clad in robes and clothes that radiated prestige leaned forward with calculating eyes. The displays they've seen during the the mock exam left them with anticipation of what to expect in the duels that would take place today at this very stage.

Dukes in richly embroidered attire whispered amongst themselves, these were the 6 dukes of the human empire.

House Dragonis, a duchy family house that's known to be very close with the king for many generations, they have immense strength and reputation in the human continent proficient in swordsmanship and using the lightning affinity

At the center of it all sat the King of the Celestine royal family, adorned in a crown of gold and silver, his presence alone enough to silence lesser nobles in awe

Presiding over the spectacle was the academy's headmaster, an old man whose age was written in the lines of his face but belied by the aura of power that surrounded him.

His posture was unyielding his eyes sharp as steel and though his voice has not yet spoken, every soul knew that his word alone could still the chaos of houses.

To his right stood the vice-headmaster, a young woman of striking beauty her king hair cascading like silk in her robes adorned with delicate sigils that glowed faintly in the sun, where the headmaster's presence was like an immovable mountain, hers was radiant and alive an elegance that captivated both nobles and commoners alike

Below them, the are floor was a vast circle of polished stone, scarred by the remnants of past battles. Magic seals flickered along the perimeter ready to restrain spells and attacks that grew too wild

The audience roared, a thunderous wave of voices as anticipation reached its peak. The warriors, students and challengers alike would soon prove their Worth not only before their peers but under the unblinking eyes of the king, nobles, guild masters and the academy's unyielding rulers.

"Wow"

That's what all of them said when they saw the spectacle before them, they couldn't help but become excited at the possibility of fighting and proving their worth to the pillars of power

The crowd hushed as the arenas gates creaked open, from the shadowed tunnels beneath, the first applicants began to emerge their footsteps echoing across the stine floor.

Each participant carried themselves with pride, knowing that this was more than an exam, it was a trial under the eyes of the realm's most powerful.

In the VIP SECTION, guild leaders leaned forward with keen interest, some already whispering wagers and others calculating which talents might be recruited to their banners.

Dukes and Duchesses reclined with composed confidence, though their gazes were sharp measuring every applicant as if weighing their word in gold. The king draped in his crown and cloaks of authority said nothing, their very since demanding perfection from those below

High above them sat the headmaster commanding without a word, his large great sword rested across his knees carved with runes older than the kingdom itself.

His gaze was cold and unyielding swept the arena floor line a judge awaiting the first mistake. Besides him the Vice-headmaster stood her robes flowing line liquid silk, her beauty radiant against the harsh stone backdrop. Where the headmaster was line iron and silence she was warmth and grace they way her eyes lingered on the participants almost line silent encouragement

The participants then went to their respective sections, Adam duke and Selena sat next to each their eyes glued to the arena not intending to miss a thing and also awaiting for the time when they will fight

Then with a surge of energy of the central sigil the arena glared to life and a man stood at the center as he levitated towards. A magic circle was near his throat as he took a deep breath and said

"WELCOME TO THE FINAL EXAM APPLICANTS THIS IS WHERE YOU'LL SEE WETHER YOU GET ACCEPTED TO THE ACADEMY OR FAIL!"

"BUT DON'T BE DISCOURAGED EVEN IF YOU FAIL, IF IMPRESS SOME GUILDS AND NOBLE HOUSES WITH YOUR PERFORMANCE YOU'LL GET RECRUITED!"
