Now at duel gym where practice have ended.
Afternoon. 12:49 sun was hot it seemed big for any dehydrated being.
And after everything had happened all the duels and practice everyone without much home sickness were chatting together in now gym and were eating lunch together even if this was just buyed from cafeteria and the store eating, together increased the taste.
And even in classrooms and school yard there weren't zero number of peopl. And among people at the school yard there were Yuto,Shun and Lulu. Sitting on bench.
The school yard was vivid by strong sun rays. The feel of afternoon was like mirror reflection. And by the strong rays of sun the grass, trees and while outside was bright beautiful, colorful.
"Maybe we should get more from cafeteria" Shun said
The food they had packed and brought from cafeteria had done being eaten and going to strore now, the laziness would come and clung to you. And they were still little hungry.
After eating even if you feel it's enough. If it's tasty your stomach wants more.
"I will go" Lulu said
"Actually I will go it will be hard for you to take and get from crowded cafeteria for three people" Shun said thinking it was hard for her to go there and take in crowded cafeteria
Yuto didn't do or say anything but he looked agreed.
But it backfired.
"I will go big brother you are underestimating me" Lulu said some sparks in her tone.
"Okay but don't ask me to help you with packed food saying it is too much" Said Shun
"Don't worry" Lulu said
While Yuto was with little bit mixed thoughts.
And Lulu going with bright smile.
In cafeteria
"Three large spicy cheese sandwiches please and three cold drinks" Lulu said
The cafeteria was quite big and number of peopl weren't low but She managed to take what she wanted.
"It should be enough." she said in quite voice
As she was going and exited cafeteria and in hallway she saw Keith.
"Hey Keith good morning" Lulu said
"Hello actually it is good afternoon now" Keith said with smile
"Oh yeah right I had forgotten" She said smiling
"By the way have you seen Nate I can't find him?"
"No I haven't seen him after morning." she replied
"I see..." He didn't seem worried but there was something off about his tone
"What happened?" Lulu asked
"Nothing special... actually it is not normal I had made bet with Nate if he can come early with his laziness." Keith said
"Yeah I heard about this from him."
"He told you?"
"Yeah, at early morning me and Yuto were both came early and he came after us"
"Oh, I also came early and saw him but he didn't ask me for the money of bet." He Said with expression like confusion written on it
This is just how much Nate was famous and known person for money taking from any possible way.
"Actually I don't know if I am happy he didn't ask for it or if something happened to him." Keith said worried
Lulu remembered what happened at very early morning.
"I did saw Nate and he also saw me but he didn't asked, why? This thought it Is eating my brain" Keith said concern in his tone
"Is this much Nate is famous? The money obsessed Nate?"
A third student at hallway who was listening to this conversation out of curiosity thought. Who had not much known people.
"Maybe something is changing in Nate." Lulu said with smile of confidence
"!?"Keith didn't get it
"If Keith... is what I think then you will see soon" She said and gone off hallway to school yard
And Keith thinking 'does Nate didn't want money than I shouldn't make him feel humiliated by giving him but if not than shouldn't I gave him this if I didn't then I will feel like bad person' Keith now in deep, complicated thought
And Lulu getting at school yard saw Shun and Yuto talking and she was happy seeing them talking with carefree smile taking with waving hand each by each like no fear of anything, carefree but then she thought,
"Will everything will be same when big brother knows about me and Yuto or how it will change? Will ot good? No I should think positive everything will be great." She tightened her hands which were grabbing the bags, where the sandwiches and cold drinks were in. And with a smile bright with confidence and you will feel to root for her.
But then suddenly she remembered about that.
What was concerning her from inside.
And Yuto and Shun saw her and wave hand with smiled more, happy
Seeing them with Lulu felt,
"Everything will be all right in future" and felt confidence again and she also smiled more brightly
"See big brother I get what we wanted against crowd."
"Yeah but... why are you smiling so much? Did something happened?" Shun asked
After hearing this she said.
"Nothing it's just I feel future" She said with radiant smile
""Future?"" Shun and Yuto confused
But her radiant smile didn't fade.

"Hmm actually does it really matter if I win or lose" Nate was thinking. "But it actually doesn't matter if I win or lose so I should give it try and go into cup."
Nate actually had hard very few times when anything he thought didn't had money related thing in it
"But I do need some new cards for this I can't really go and win by just anything I am not a protagonist who will even win against dark king with just 1 card"
"And my xyz cards also lack resonating with my monster cards it it's opposite too my monster doesn't are great to xyz summon I doo need other stuff after all while fighting people with xyz cards you need xyz cards"
"Let's go to store right now if I will do let's do it now."
Smile and resolution came in Nate's brown eyes and his body and height was also average but he did had analytic mind he knew what he is doing.
And it was now evening around 5:45 sun was already orange. Painting whole Heartland orange as well.
And people going and getting at streets also looked bathed in orange juice.
"Hmm now it is something how should I buy?" Nate confused
"This pack series have 50% off i can buy more and I feel I can have a good luck with it but the cards this other pack series have more suited cards for my xyz cards and my cards but it doesn't have much possible good cards and has lower rate of getting of ultra or super rare cards... it's hard first or later?"
Nate confused but if someone saw him thinking between this two packs the people he know will think,that money eater is considering not just new pack but not just 50% and but even the one with lower ultra and super rare cards with more price.
"Let's just go with the second! As they say second is always better then first!" He declared what pack he will buy
But the second "try" is better then "first try" not option.
And he buy 10 packs each with 3 in 1 pack and he didn't waited to take a good spot and opened them right on moment with excitement jolting in him what kind of cards will he get? good? Great? Super, ULTRA? His expectations were sky high like he have all his luck to get the cards he will go with.
And he opened first one.
"What all rare cards and this! And these aren't go well with my current cards aren't this was supposed to go with my deck!"
And seeing first pack he hit reality, luck in card packs is never_ not even good let alone great.
But this, as any normal pack buying boy his expectations were now more over sky thinking 'at least if not in this I will get great cards with remaining.' 'Chances and packs aren't low... at least 1 pack will' he still nervous just thinking about opening it.
Second,Third,Fourth...Tenth (Last)
"What was I hopping for after all this time.
Buying and opening them." Looking at cards he felt his old time when he had buyed card packs in lot and now only few cards were great and usable in more than 1 way in duel.
In his hand 2 ultra rare cards and 4 super rare cards for a deck which says it's rate to get ultra and super cards are low it was way better then one could had hopped but for Nate. It wasn't different than before.
"I can't use these cards with my current deck and other cards I got wouldn't go well with these either." Nate frustrated, in truth very frustrated
Even with the cards he got from same pack not all were going good with his cards he could had used, and not because he had spent more money but because he had put faith in himself that he will genuinely do his best but fate didn't go well either. This was why he was more frustrated.
(Sigh) "Seriously I am really gullible"
Sigh
"Let's just go home there's nothing I can do here. Not now"
He felt going home and made something out of the cards with his current cards with the new ones. Buying and other pack would be just waste but not because of money. He thought as long as he had gotten (Even if not goes well) ultra and super rare cards he knew he won't get good cards either now.
He felt he had used all his today's luck with these "high value no use" cards.
And as he was going he didn't know time had passed it was still sunset and everything orange but more than 19 minutes had passed.
Nate was so nervous he took time to just opening packs and just sliding one card to see the card behind it was also same for him.
"Let's try tomorrow" he gave himself his word
And as he was to home the orange rays were just getting darker and darker started to fading away and on street without noticing Nate was alone and as he notice there were no one around him it was too late.
And then he suddenly takes a turn back to see a certain place.
"What I just saw some aunties talking here and now" There was no one and Nate was nervous as night had started to glow dark and announced it's arrival.

At Yuto's house
"I am back" Yuto said in calm but in manner
"Oh Yuto welcome back" Yuto's dad said to him "after you and Shun and others have given so much for the war you suddenly seem mature." Yuto's dad said in firm voice
"Oh dear he is our son after all" Yuto's mom said energetic voice
"I am same" Yuto said with caring smile
"But you are same as before is not true you have gained the experience and state to understand yourself and to what to do and when it is a rare achievement for others" his Dad said
"Dear don't put it like he is a experiment you should say he have gained knowledge and great experience for how important life is" His mom said
"But it is same you just Said it differently Satsuki" said his dad
"I said it in good manner and way Yuji" said his mom
Yuto's dad reading news paper of today's. (Now?) Because he had forgotten to read it on morning and was gone for his research on certain libraries and museums only his black hair visible turned news paper down and looked at Yuto.
He is a novel writer not much known and big frame but he puts real life circumstances and emotions about people and is knows to understand human nature and behavior realistically in novelist world. through he is a good natured person his works are different with realitiesm.
And his mom is housewife but very energetic and active. Laziness never even looks at her.
His dad looks younger in age and his mom too like newly married but they both are 36 years old.
And Yuto's mom was making dinner it was late through and she was doing everything fast with her navy blue hair tied so it won't get in way.
"Mom for you to do something late something happened today?" Yuto asked
"Not anything special but the news was spreading that people are getting disappeared suddenly" Satsuki looked at Yuto with worried look
"Disappear?" Yuto suddenly shocked he didn't even heard about it until now and no one even said about this
"But why and I never heard this" Yuto said
"It's because this brought in light just today. Some people at neighborhood, their kids got suddenly disappeared the mom and dad says they were inside house but every door and window was locked and it was impossible to go outside but then they couldn't find them plus both mom and dad were home they could hear the kids voices but then it suddenly disappeared. And it is now happening more from today. And they will show it in news on tv." Satsuki said
Yuto taken aback
"And I had gone there to look and it took time"
"I see we have to be aware now" Yuto said
"You shouldn't worry about Yuto he know when and what to do he will come back to us." Yuji said trying to ensure Satsuki
"Yeah it is true he is our Yuto after all"
Satsuki turned her head and resumed making dinner but her worry didn't gone she just tried to ensure Yuji and Yuto that she is okay.
Yuto : "Now this maybe i should call Shun and Lulu for more information about this they have also heard and must be worried"

"Hmm" Nate's attention got taken away by a sound
A sudden voice came in corner of street.
"Ahhh help!!!!"
"Hey is everything okay!!?"
Nate rushed just to see that there was a old uncle and from his eyes ears and mouth red liquid was coming in big amount.
"WHAT THE!!!!"
Nate couldn't even looked at it but from this sudden never seen view his legs had betrayed him and was shaking not to go.
"!"
But then he saw the liquid is shining.
"What!?"
"Uncle are you okay" he goes to uncle but the uncle didn't answer and just stay there Nate thought to call ambulance and police but ambulance first but then the old man disappeared from there with just last red sparks and even they fade away.
"What just happened!!!?'
These twists and event turn was not just new but bizarre for simple minded Nate.
And then
"You too" neutral voice came not angry or happy "you luck is bad you came here at such a timing." One said
Nate looked in the end there were two figures but in this dark, street lights didn't on yet everything was near black.
"Certainly. Like a cat have slept to just let mouse stole food" other said
"Seriously your philosophiya is cruel to ears and brain but let's go with this one unlucky" one said
"Hahaha! Haaaah"
Nate panted not just his mouth but his lungs were also being tightened with this and he still couldn't use his legs.
And then
"WHAT THE HELL!!!!!"
His lungs like busted with his words and there everything was red.
