Finally, the Bull-Demon from before called out calmly.

Hearing his name being called, Modret casually walked toward the location of the bull demon and, just as he noticed the half-human from before doing, he copied the same mannerism and retrieved the treasure.
The bull monster stretched his limb to hand Modret the relic, then paused midway.
"You are strong."
Not knowing what to reply, Modret remained silent and quietly retrieved the treasure from the beast's hand.
Feeling the familiar sensation in this treasure, the same one he had felt back then in the celestial gate, Modret was certain it was the same.
But then, how did the beasts get their hands on so many of it?
Besides, for them to hand these little things over to the fighters, they needed to have many more in store to satisfy their needs.
Only then would they be willing to casually toss the remaining treasures to the half-humans they deemed beneath them, all for their amusement.
