[Superman (clark kent) pov.]
A little while passed as I finished rounding up the last facility of cadmus I was near star labs as the doctors were being overwhelmed with sheer numbers of patients (mutated humans /half formed clones).
I planned to stay there for a while to make sure nothing unintended happens . I didn't keep count as the number of hours passed As my ear piece connected as Bruce (batman) voice came through.
"Clark the watchtower NOW!."
I didn't need to understand the situation the tone alone showed that there is no time for such things and that something have went terribly wrong.
My starting thoughts was about that pink woman if she caused an earthquake at the tower.
'Batman was the one who said not to worry about her and her actions of helping healing civilians made me lower my guard to her I hope she doesn't make me regret it.'
All those thoughts passed in a millisecond as I shoot to the atmosphere followed by a series of booms before I reached space and I felt the sunlight covering my form giving me great energy a peaceful feeling as it always did . I shook the feeling off and a second use of super vision made me realize things have gone terribly wrong.
The watch tower was falling with its walls already glowing red from the heat as I flew to it just to notice Captain marvel(shazam) who was bleeding from his nose and starfire trying to push the tower back to space it was slowing down but not enough.
I didn't hesitate I placed my two hands on the melting wall as I pushed it resisted at first but as I stopped holding my strength back slowly until It stopped falling down and As I applied more force I started pushing it back.
Thankfully I placed a lot of things in orbit credit to batman so I knew exactly where the tower need to be placed to stabilize it took me a few minutes barely an inconvenience really.
The tower was looking worse for wear it's outer walls still red from heat and slightly melted and A huge hole to its side from some sort of explosion with a few other holes thankfully the life functions was still operational in the undamaged places.
As I flew inside followed by starfire and shazam who looked mentally exhausted seeing canary and green arrow keeping guard on the kids(teen heroes) and trying to stop them from interfering in whatever battle that has took place.
I looked around not seeing flash or pink …'so she really did attack us?'
I was going to ask for what happened before I was interrupted by captain marvel he started talking fast and he seemed slightly devastated .
"I had no choice! If I let the tower fall then everyone inside would have died I couldn't save them ! "
It took me ten seconds to understand his words or the actual situation that something crashed to the watch tower and As I understood the next part .
10 seconds….That how much it took for me to reach the ocean surface I closed my eyes as I listened I could hear everything as long as I focused on what I wanted.
The heart beats came to my mind as I flew at top speed to reach an island of sort in less than a second.
Flash was laying there with obviously many broken bones surrounded by a pink bubble covered in many many cracks thankfully it seems that the branches and soft sand underneath weakened the fall somehow .
I picked him up as the bubble collapsed with a slight touch.
4 seconds It took me to reach the batcave as I gave flash to batman butler telling him to take care of him and I received a Nod.
4 seconds more I was back ….I needed to find pink . that pink bubble saved flash life which means pink is at least innocent or never wanted anyone dead…..I closed my eyes as I tried to listen...ten seconds twenty until a whole
minute passed…
No heart beat I don't remember hearing her heart beat before….'So either she simply doesn't have a heart? Which would explain why I can't hear it or I was too focused on the kryptonain clones….Or she is dead....I will keep looking.'
It took me a minute at most as I flew over the ocean surface looking for anything . As I was considering diving in the ocean to look I heard A scream that was rather close 'Maybe someone found her washed ashore ? That would explain the scream'
A few seconds later I was at the shore of an island as I landed But before I was able to look for whoever screamed I heard something jumped through the water surface as I was hit with a punch that crushed my ear piece but what stunned me was something else?
'That hurt?'
'A punch hurt ? Me?'
I evaded the second attack as I ignored my thoughts As I punched at it with slightly more power than I normally use Put I didn't expect my punch to collide with that thing as the shockwave spread and my fist was actually pushed back..
'That would be more troublesome than I thought,'.
[Pink diamond (Mc) Pov (20 hours later ) .]
Being poofed wasn't as bad as I expected I was just forced back inside my diamond and needed to reform but I discovered that it actually takes a little more time to reform compared to when I return to my diamond on my own choice but the worst part is it was like being knocked unconscious I don't know how much time passed before I was able to think and start trying to reform which resulted in that I actually lose count of time I had no idea how much time passed until I was able to collect my thoughts to actually start the process of reforming .
But I wasn't about to take longer time than I need I have no intention to risk it if doomsday want to destroy my diamond or not because he found it too shiny .So I tried to make the process as fast as possible I made my new form and did a quick custom change I can't become the to be leader of a newly empire with that pink Disney like dress.
As fast as the form took place I forced my self awake .

As the diamond at the bottom of the sea floated slightly while glowing as its new humanoid form took place .

I looked around or at least tried to ...absolute darkness nothing but darkness.
well the good news doomsday didn't actually bother coming after my diamond the bad news I am at the bottom of the sea.
I was about to swim or try to make a bubble and remove the water from it to float to the surface before I stopped .Isn't this place perfect if I wanted to place my to be made injector? .
I do not think that anyone would miss a kilometer or two at the bottom of the ocean .So if it theroitcally turned to a wasteland they shouldn't care should they ?. Of course there is Atlantis but can't they give me only a tiny part ?. It's not like they are using it for anything important .
'It seems I need to have a talk with aquaman in the future .'
I shook my head as I clapped my hand together to make a small bubble with no water inside of it as I increased it's size once it surrounded me the bubble started floating to the surface 'this would take a while.'
[Billy batson (shazam) pov.]
I almost died that was a fact I got my entire arm torn apart like paper if it's not for flash and pink tears I would have died and how did I REPAY THEM.
I can still see it the image of them falling to their deaths as I let them !.
Canary told me that I made the right choice given the situation but that didn't make me feel better not at all I don't think I can ever forgive myself if something ever happened to them .
Wonder woman , aquaman ,batman and everyone else arrived shortly after superman left .
When batman told me that flash is alive and getting treatment I never felt better in my life but when I asked about pink he said superman is looking for her . which didn't calm my nerves much but at least I knew one of them was ok .
Then I went through the prcoess of telling them everything thankfully I was much more calmer this time .So I was able to explian most things from that thing arrivel to having my arm torn off to then being healed by pink and flash help to then fighting him with flash and pink before it tore a hole in the watchtower as they fell through it.
But batman suddenly started contacting Superman and when he didn't receive an answer he started asking more specific question about that thing.
Wonder woman on the side placed a hand on his shoulder as she said "What is on your mind."
"Whatever being can tear off captain marvel hand as if it is a normal human that easily won't find it difficult to survive a crash from orbit ."
"Whatever that thing is he is still most likely alive and well."
(5 minutes later)
Batman didn't allow the league to rush as he kept asking me on as much details as I can remember.
Communication with Superman was off so batman asked wonder woman and hal and aquaman (since the place is close to the ocean ) to go to find superman and help him if need be in finding pink but he told them to expect a fight and if not then they should find where that thing landed as well before it reaches a populated place.
As I stood to follow Batman stood in my way saying "you are not mentally stable go rest they would take care of this ."
normally I would listen to batman but not today I need to look for my new friend myself and no one is going to make me sit this one out not even him.
"I am going. "
"You are tired and not in the right state of mind."
"I am not asking for permission Batman I AM GOING ."
He looked at me for a long moment as he stepped aside with a nod as he patted my shoulder saying "then go ".
I gave him a quick thanks as I followed the other two pink saved me that already makes her a friend in my book or well at least she isn't crazy which make her already better than most superpowered beings outside the league.
Maybe I should try to thank her later I noticed she drank a lot of orange juice .
Maybe that is her favorite fruit?.
Now that I think of it how much has it been since I actually had a friend that is equal to my real age. 'A long time' that is the answer ….well nothing I can do about that.
