After a battle, Luke had a general understanding of the combat effectiveness of the Kryptonian soldiers. They were very strong. Even without the blessing of the yellow sun, their physical qualities in all aspects were far superior to those of the earthlings.
Without using the green flame, Luke might not be a match for the Kryptonian soldiers in a one-on-one fight.
But now it's different. With the ghost armor in hand, he is invincible.
The black armor released a large amount of electric current, and the invisible force field spread out in all directions, making crackling sounds wherever it went.
The blue light on the surface became deeper, with a hint of purple. The powerful momentum pressed towards the surroundings like a tsunami. If Ghost No. 1 was a wolf before, it was now a man-eating tiger.
Luke took a deep breath and said indifferently,
"It's time to end this, General."
The ground shook, and a strong wind blew in Zod's face. His expression changed drastically, and he instinctively raised his fist. The next second, unimaginable pain came from his arm.
Snap!
The hand bones broke, and the iron fist wrapped in blue electric light continued to grow larger.
Bang!
The fist smashed through the visor, and blue electric light shot out, passing through the brain and out from the back of the head, forming a red and blue beam of light.
Zod's mind went blank, his consciousness shattered by the punch. His huge body flew out like a ball hit by a train, hit the control console and then rolled to the ground, his life or death unknown.
"General!"
Fiora's face suddenly changed, her body turned into a shadow, and she jab directly into Luke's chest. She had discovered that the blue ring on his chest was the energy core of the armor.
"As expected of an elite Kryptonian warrior, you've found Ghost No. 1's weaknesses so quickly. Unfortunately, I'm not the same person I used to be."
The Ghost No. 1 running at full power has already exceeded the scope of ordinary mechas and reached the "superhuman" level. Fiora's burst speed is very fast, but in Luke's opinion, it is nothing special.
Fiora moved her right hand up to block the incoming fist, then changed her moves. Using her right hand as a fulcrum, her body turned into a flying snake. She wrapped her legs around Luke's waist and moved to his back like a gyroscope.
"Go to hell!"
A metal knife popped out from the arm armor and stabbed down with all his strength. At the moment when the tip of the knife touched the back of the head, an iron hand with a blue glow appeared and firmly grasped the blade.
Twist hard.
Bang!
The blade broke, and Luke grabbed the female Kryptonian's wrist with his backhand, pulled her off his back, and nailed her to the floor.
The female Kryptonian is fast and has great explosive power, but her strength is her weakness. Under the iron claws of Ghost No. 1, she is like a wild cat with its neck strangled. She can't get rid of it by butting her head, kicking her legs, and using all kinds of tricks.
The following scene is unbearable to watch.
The three Kryptonian soldiers in charge of bomb disposal were anxious, but they had no choice but to speed up, hoping to defuse the bomb before Fiora was killed, and then everyone worked together to subdue the Earthlings.
Unfortunately, the idea is beautiful, but the reality is cruel.
Under the powerful greeting of the big black fist, Fiora, who was known for her skills, quickly stopped resisting and collapsed to the ground like a salted fish.
Luke moved away from her and faced the bomb disposal team.
There were nine people in Zod's group. Six of them fell to the ground, leaving only one third. Among the remaining three, there were two engineers.
Luke shook his head speechlessly, not knowing what words to use to describe them. If you say they are stupid, they each have special skills. If you say they are silly, they are extremely loyal.
The general had already fallen to the ground and was still meticulously carrying out orders.
No, you can't think like that.
Luke lowered his head in thought. The Kryptonian soldiers were not stupid. They became like this because they could not afford to lose. They were like the rich and the poor at the gambling table. The former were worth tens of millions and could easily bet a few thousand dollars worth of chips. It didn't matter if they lost. The latter were different. Even a hundred dollars worth of chips had to be carefully considered and pondered because they only had that little money in their pockets. Once they lost, they would lose everything.
There are only a few survivors on Krypton.
Each of them has the mission of rebuilding civilization. They can lose, but they must not die.
After figuring this out, Luke sighed slightly and snapped his fingers.
Bang!
The three metal boxes exploded at the same time, and blue plasma surged out. The three bomb disposal team nearby were in trouble. The plasma penetrated their combat uniforms and electrocuted them so much that they foamed at the mouth and lay on the ground twitching.
Luke walked up to them and said awkwardly,
"Sorry for the lie I told earlier. I have already defused the bomb in the metal box."
The three men stared at Luke with their eyes wide open, wishing they could tear him into pieces.
Damn Earth natives, bastards and liars!
Luke shrugged and said to the door,
"Come out, stop looking."
A gray head popped out and first looked at the Kryptonian soldiers on the ground. After making sure that they would not resist, it quickly flew to Linda and removed the restraints on her.
"Kara, are you hurt?"
The girl remained silent, her eyes scanning the room, a very complicated expression on her face.
"Lock them all up. No one is allowed to leave without my order." After a few seconds, he added through gritted teeth.
"Don't let them die."
"Got it, Kara."
Soon, several floating robots came to the main control room, tied up Zod and his group and took them away. At this point, the matter had come to an end.
Luke came to the girl and said,
"How are you going to deal with them?"
Linda shook her head. "There's still one person left to deal with. Come with me. I'll take you to see something."
"You go by yourself. I just want to eat and then lie down to sleep."
"No, that thing is very important, you have to take it yourself. If you can get it, I will give it to you as a reward for saving my life."
Seeing the girl's seriousness, Luke's curiosity was piqued.
"What?"
"You'll know when you see it."
Linda put on her combat uniform, opened the hatch, and headed to the space station with Luke.
Passing through the long and narrow dilapidated passage, we arrived at the deepest secret room.
Dahl was inside. When he saw the two of them, a flash of surprise flashed in his eyes, but then he calmed down and sighed in a bleak tone.
"The Kryptonian era is truly coming to an end."
"What a shame that a civilization that has lasted for hundreds of thousands of years has ended this way."
Linda raised her weapon and stared at him intently.
"Tell me what to do with you."
Dahl took off his armor, threw away his weapon, closed his eyes, and chose to wait for death.
Linda bit her lips tightly and made up her mind several times, but she didn't have the courage to pull the trigger. Her expression kept changing and she looked very painful.
There are less than twenty survivors on Krypton, and one less means one less future.
Luke suggested with a smile,
"If you can't bring yourself to do it, let me do it. I guarantee you'll be killed with one shot. There won't be any pain."
Linda turned around and glared at Luke, then walked up to Dahl and hit him on the head with the angry handle of the gun. With just one hit, the latter was knocked unconscious.
Luke shrugged, knowing this would happen.
His eyes turned and fell on the counter. The golden key that was sometimes illusory and sometimes real gave him a mysterious feeling.
"It's what you're going to give me."
Linda nodded, "If you can get it, it's yours."
