Chapter 18 - Banquet Mission (2)

I was just waiting for Rebecca in the side walk near that place, the medical gloves were stuffed in on my coat that I wore again as it was quite cold.

"Hinaaaa!" I heard Rebecca's voice and I looked at the direction of where it was coming from.

"Took you long enough." I said and Rebecca ran over here.

"Of course I did. That Lucien guy was so tiring!" Rebecca immediately started complaining. Now that I think about it, I called that guy a bastard for no reason.

I just nodded and she started her rant on how insufferable he was.

"That man was trying to rizz me up the entire time!" She said as she walked and I followed beside her.

The entire way till the bus stop; Rebecca was telling how hard it was to be his type of woman, how insufferable he felt and all that and I just nodded without a single word.

I stopped after we reached at the bus stop and saw a car parked right across.

Rebecca squinted her eyes and immediately exclaimed. "That's Miss Lucy's car!" I again nodded. "Yeah, let's go then."

She nodded and crossed the road before me and well, I was just walking peacefully. 'How is her social battery not gone down? I barely socialized and my existence battery went down.'

It seems that existing itself is hard for me or I am just lazy.

I sighed at not my laziness, why would I? Being lazy and having nothing to do is the best feeling but Rebecca's energy, it's like she has endless amount of it.

By the time I reached the car, Rebecca was waiting outside the front seat. It seems that Miss Lucy was not there.

I glanced at Rebecca who seemed done with life. "Where could she go? It's 9pm and she's not in her car!" She complained.

I just nodded, agreeing with her.

Buzz

I felt my phone vibrate in the coat, who the heck is calling at 9pm?! I looked at who it was like a reasonable person would. And it was Miss Lucy so I picked the call up.

"Hina! Thank god you picked up." Miss Lucy's voice could be heard from the other side. "I am just in the nearby café. Wait right there, I'll bring coffee for both you and Rebec-" I hung up.

* * *

"This brat-" Lucy Johnson aka Miss Lucy, a tall lady with short black hair and black eyes, who seemed like a business woman from the view of the workers at the café, couldn't help but say that as Hina hung up.

'Why do I even have these two as my students?' She couldn't help but sigh as she waited for the 3 cups of coffee to be ready.

'Their honestly so tiring to take care of; Hina is lazy and Rebecca is too energetic. I can't keep up the energy hype of Rebecca and can't make Hina stay energetic.' Miss Lucy seemed to be re-thinking her life choices. 'And then their close with each other! 'Opposite attracts' type shit but with friends. Their specialties also constract well…What in the duo?!' She definitely wasn't re-thinking her choices for Rebecca and Hina and their daily things that she has to deal with.

As Miss Lucy was most likely re-thinking her life, the waitress who was woman with black short hair, brown eyes and average height called out to her. "Uhh… Miss Johnson! Your order of 3 cups of coffee are ready and packed!"

Miss Lucy hearing that, snapped out of her thoughts and stood up to take the coffee. The waitress handed the bag to her as Miss Lucy had already paid for the coffee before. "Please come again." She said and Miss Lucy just nodded before leaving the café.

After a few minutes of walking, Hina and Rebecca could be seen.

I looked at Miss Lucy who had a wide smile on her face as she was holding 3 cups of coffee. She sure loves her coffee.

"That took so long, Miss Lucy! Can we get in the car now and get the hell out of anywhere near this place!" Rebecca said, almost as if she hated coming here. [1]

"Yes yes." Miss Lucy replied as she handed the cups of coffee to us as she got in the driver seat and the same goes for me and Rebecca except I was in the back and she was in the front.

"Have you gotten the information that was required?" She asked.

"Yeah." I replied, to which Miss Lucy just nodded.

I couldn't help but sigh internally. I, now have to go to her office, show her the info, tell her the entire details aka the entire reports and at last I can have peace in my bed.

"Now that is done!" Rebecca said as she sipped her coffee. "Miss Lucy, Hina; You both can't believe how annoying Lucien was for me!"

The entire ride, both me and Miss Lucy listened to Rebecca's complains about Lucien. I came with the conclusion that she hated him because of how flirtious he was and the fact that his ideal woman seemed like almost every lady in the world which Rebecca hates for her acting as she is what one would call, chaotic.

[1] Miss Lucy is more of a friend type then a teacher for them when it's outside of training or serious topics.
