With the announcement made, Grey descended into the mansion alongside Werner and Little Hong.
Little Hong clung onto his pinky as she looked around curiously.
However, seeing the child, everyone in the area froze.
Especially Lia, who had a stiffened look on her face.
"Grey, who is that?" Lia could not help but ask.
Little Hong heard this and, realizing that Lia was talking about her, immediately replied, "I'm father's daughter."
"What?!" Lia, Alissa, and Evan all exclaimed at the same time with looks of disbelief.
"You... Grey?" Lia had a bewildered expression on her face.
She was genuinely stunned when she heard this.
Alissa, on the other hand, stared at Little Hong with narrowed eyes.
She patiently waited for Grey's explanation.
"Calm down." Grey said with twitching lips. "She is adopted."
"Adopted?" Lia immediately calmed down.
She almost heaved a sigh of relief, but she held it in; sighing at his words would be strange, right?
