The Energy Arts realms were divided into three fundamental bases.
First was the Pulse Condensation Realm.
Second was the Pulse Tempering Realm.
And third was the Pulse Gathering Realm.
These constituted the three lower bases of the Energy Arts.
In the Pulse Condensation Realm, one attuned themselves to the world's power.
This phase focused on Energy Circulation. The cultivator drew spiritual energy into the body, cleared the meridians, and established a path to the dantian while sending energy revolving around one's body.
At the Pulse Tempering Realm, one tempered the stored energy within the meridians.
This involved Energy Channeling, where spiritual energy was guided through the meridians to strengthen and stabilize the energy pathways.
Simultaneously, the cultivator underwent Energy Purification. Impurities were removed from the stored energy, stabilizing its flow and improving its quality.
At the Pulse Gathering Realm, one achieved Energy Convergence.
