[10:12] 11 April, in Parvati, with Gherico
(Damn it! Why we are in this situation)
"Why do we have to go back to our hotel?" Septum asked, and how to blame him, he didn't know that the entire city was preparing for A WAR.
"Uhm, we lost Orite! Yeah, he said he would wait for us at the hotel, let's go now" Even if they were suspicious, they bought it.
"Why is Abello far ahead of us? He is mad at us?"
"Nono, he's just…mad at me, but he'll get over it soon, I know him"
Abello's objective was to locate every newspaperman, or every poster talking about the war, and silence it. If he had failed he would have signaled to me and we would have switched to another street.
"Hey look! Above our heads, there is a banner hanging"
I looked at where he was pointing, and there was a crazy big banner about the calls on arms.
"Em…ca-call…" While Septum was trying to read, I hit his leg and made him trip.
"Septum! Watch where you step. We have no time to waste, so don't get distracted"
"Sorry Gherico!" I felt a bit sad but it was the only way to get out of that situation.
We reached the hotel but nobody was there waiting for us (Of course I have no idea where Orite went)
"Hmmm, weird, I don't see Orite here" I said trying to cover the lies
"This is a big city…I have an idea, you Gherico go search for him, while I watch Septum and Cicaro here, waiting for Orite"
"Super-idea! If he's out there I'll find him easily, I never get lost"
"I want to come with you Gherico, I am fast" Cicaro said while warming up his legs.
"Uhhh, I know but I work far better alone, so I'll go now" and I started running away but I heard Septum shouting something before me
"What if Orite is waiting for you in the Municipality? You have to check there!"
"I can't hear you, I am sorry!" (I ain't checking that)
As I went running, I really hoped Abello was able to keep the situation under control. After all this running and searching I had no moments to appreciate the beauty of the capital.
There is nothing special about the architecture, but the roads, are made with red-painted rocks, (so cool)
Between the streets, some arches connect the houses to each other, and flags often hang from there. (At least from what I've seen)
The defensive walls are way much lower, maybe even half of the Shiva's. I could see way more of the landscape, even the sea, with its beautiful colors.
The city is divided into 4 rings, however, the population from what I've heard is around 160.000, the city is not as big as Shiva.
Also, the city holds the record of never having been conquered by any enemies, absolutely unique.
I already knew where to search Orite, so I went for a restaurant that I noticed while we were going to the municipality, (guess what, he was there)
"Orite…we had some problems now come with me"
"Gherico you have to try their steaks, also let me pay I've just finished"
I gave him a death stare, so he knew we couldn't f*uck around this time, so he paid and we got out and I explained to him what happened.
"So Abello is there? Alone? Watching both kids?"
"Yes, I trust Abello, I think he's the most responsible between us"

"What do you mean you don't serve lunch here? I've booked a hotel that could give us lunch!"
"Sir there is a restaurant that just opened a few hundred meters from here. We can't provide food in this hotel, I am sorry"
"FINE! Show me where the bathroom is, at least you got it right?"
"Sure our Skibidi toilet is over there" Then he guided me
I was doing my things until I heard some music, but the sound was indistinguishable, so I didn't pay much attention to it.
Suddenly one of my memories kicked in, I remembered an old tradition here in Parvati. I had been enlisted in Shiva's army, so I knew that the music I was hearing was a military parade, for the calls on arms.
I had to get out and distract the kids.
"Wooaahh what a cool parade!" Septum was excited about it
"In Shiva, things like these weren't common, do you think they are used to these things here Brotha?"
"Hey, I see that you are enjoying the parade, is not that common, but here they like to…make some noise"
I was able to handle the situation. Gherico and Orite came not after too long, and for the entire day, we did our best to cover the impossible.
The evening of the same day…
We were all in the hallway, both the kids were in a room, already sleeping. The smell was terrible, something was definitely rotting in that hotel.
(This city is too expensive, we had to cut some costs)
"Ahahah no way we really did it"
"Yeah, but we can't keep up like this, they will know this" Gherico was right but at least we could sleep well for a day.
"We'll figure something out, I'm confident about it. When I am with you I feel like I can do everything, goodnight guys" Orite left us (so cute)
"I think I'll go to sleep Abello, see ya tomorrow" We both arrived at our room, but I felt very dizzy that day.
A few hours later…
I wasn't able to sleep, so I went on the terrace to smoke (yeah nobody has to know that I smoke) during my past in the military I wasn't allowed to do many things, these were small acts of revenge.
(I can't believe this…freezing…it's impossible, so he's alive…)
The feeling that Abello hoped he had forgotten, and that he certainly didn't want to feel again, bloomed in the air imbued with a cold atmosphere.
The man who has always left him behind now is back.
