"And then he was like, do you want to see them? And I was so shocked that I did what he likes, I blinked" Ariel said.
Ashley chuckled.
Ariel was telling her about what happened in the garden.
"But do you really wanna see those creatures?" Ashley asked.
"I do! I wanna see them shape shift, howl, their eyes changing colours, it sounds so cool!!" Ariel gushed happily.
"Why tho?"
"Ion know. I just feel happy when I read about them." She said and spotted a purple flower.
She smiled a little before walking to it. She plucked it out and stared at the flower.
"This was my mum's favorite flower" Ariel mumbled.
"Aunt Taylor?"
"No. My biological mother" Ariel said.
"Oh, what happened to her?" Ashley asked.
"She's gone. Same with my dad"
"Damnn!! My deepest condolences" Ashley said and she smiled.
"Thank you" Ariel said and dropped the flower.
"By the way, I love how you spoke to Miss Corn" Ashley said and Ariel laughed.
"Thanks but is that really her name?"
"Not really, her name is Miss Cornice buh we call her Miss Corn" Ashley said and Ariel chuckled.
"That's nicee" Ariel said and her phone chimed.
It was a message from Conrad.
"Don't forget to visit your mum today"
She read it out loud and she looked at Ashley.
*You gave him your no?" Ashley asked.
"Not really"
"Ohh. Then how did he get it?" She asked and Ariel looked at her.
"I have no idea" She said.
"But I have to visit my mum. Lemme go take permission from the principal before leaving. See ya later" Ariel said and left the garden.
Ashley smiled before leaving the garden as well.

"I know we're all being controlled by Gabriel's daughters but try to be in control of yourself sometimes." Mr Griffin said and she sighed.
"They were literally sending daggers right my way. Had it been I didn't do what they said, I won't come to school the next day with a complete body and you know that" Miss Cornice said and he sighed.
A knock on the door was heard and they looked at the door.
"Who is it?" Mr Griffin asked.
"Ariel"
They looked at each other then Mr Griffin looked at the door.
"Come in" He said and she came in closing the door behind her.
"Good day Sir and Ma She said and they nodded.
"What can I help you with?" he asked.
"I won't be having classes till tomorrow. I wanna spend the night with my mum" She said and he nodded.
"I need your permission to leave the school. She's really worried about me and I need to see her so she won't be worried anymore" She said and he smiled.
"That's nice. You're free to go" He said handing her a student's card.
She took it from him before putting it in her back pocket.
"Thank you Sir" She said and turned to go but stopped turning a side view of her face to them.
"When you give them the power to control you, you become weak. Learn to stand on your word. They're just fúcking kids and I see no reason why an adult like you guys should do everything they say" Ariel said and the two looked at her.
"I know they're goddamn rich and so?? All humans are equal irregardless of the power they hold. Stop giving them the chance to use you both" She said and walked out of the room.
They looked at each other before smiling.
"Love that girl" Mr Griffin said and a snap of the finger was heard.
Only Miss Cornice froze and Mr Griffin inhaled.
"You love who?!" The figure's cold voice sounded as he stared at Mr Griffin.
"How did you get in?" He asked.
"I was passing by when I heard it. You love who?!"
"I don't love ber the way you think. I mean I love her character and the way she doesn't let anyone belittle her. I just love her character not her" He said and the figure smirked evilly.
"I will kill you if you gain any affection for her. She's mine" He said and Mr Griffin nodded.
He smirked before snapping his fingers as he disappeared.
Miss Cornice unfroze looking at Mr Griffin.
"You think we can do what she said?"
"If she was able to do it, why can't we?" He asked composing himself.
★» CHEN'S MANSION »★
Ariel stopped in front of the house and smiled.
She paid the taxi before walking to the front door.
She brought out her phone and dialled her mum.
~ "Sweetie!!! I missed you and your voice!!"
~ "I missed you too" Ariel said with a smile.
~ "How's school treating you?" She asked..
~ "Fine thanks. I wanted to ask, when will you get home?"
~ "Are you home?"
~ "No. I just wanted to know Incase I do come home"
~ "Ohh alright. I'm leaving work by 7pm"
~ "Can you leave earlier?!
~ "Why?"
~ "So we can do a video call by 6pm, I won't have any class by then!"
~ "Ohh alright"
~ "Thanks. I just want you to be at home resting when I call not that you'd be busy at work"
~ "I understand"
~ "Thanks. Bye now"
~ "Bye"
She said and ended the call.
Ariel smiled before opening the door with the key. She walked into the house and went to her room.
She showered and put on a white T-shirt and a black and white baggy trouser. She wore a fluffy black slippers and dropped the card on her drawer.
She left her room and went downstairs. She switched on the TV and sat on the chair with a popcorn bowl.
She ate as she watched the werewolf movie.
Outside the mansion, a black Hilux car was parked. The black tinted window went down and a masked guy stared at the mansion.
He let out a small smirk before driving off.
