Imu truly possessed a weapon of unimaginable power. In the past, the Pirate World had whispered that whoever found and activated the Ancient Weapon Uranus could overthrow the world. Now, looking at the situation, that notion seemed laughable. Uranus had always been under the control of the ruler; attempting to overthrow the Celestial Dragons with its power alone was impossible.
"The Imu of the past relied on this weapon to rule the entire world," Red Hair Shanks said gravely. "Its power is beyond measure. If she activates it fully, she would undoubtedly emerge as the final victor."
The people around him were stunned. If Imu was using Uranus, it meant she had not been defeated entirely by Ashveil's own strength. The outcome of this war had shocked everyone. Ashveil had defeated Imu in combat, yet she now wielded Uranus' power, restoring the balance of fear and power in the world.
The seismic waves of this activation rippled across the globe, reaching even the Supernovas scattered in the New World. Luffy, exploring the seas at this time, felt the immense tremors and struggled to maintain his footing.
Thick-skinned as he was, Luffy initially assumed it was a minor quake. Nami, however, had no patience for his ignorance, smacking several bumps onto his head.
"Idiot Luffy! This isn't a small earthquake!" she yelled.
"What? It's not a normal earthquake, Nami?" Zoro and Sanji echoed, confusion etched across their faces.
Nami, frustrated, gestured wildly. "You idiots, this is the entire world shaking! Are you even listening?"
The Straw Hat Pirates froze. Nami's expertise in geography and astronomy was respected; if she claimed a global quake, it could not be mistaken.
"It's actually a worldwide earthquake!" Luffy, Chopper, and Brook murmured, wide-eyed.
Zoro's expression darkened. A swordsman could sense the aura of danger around them, unnatural and overwhelming.
"This is bad," he said quietly. "I have a very bad feeling about this."
Even the animals sensed the danger, fleeing in all directions, as Nami's frown deepened.
Meanwhile, Kid and his crew were plotting against the Four Emperors in the New World. Their attention was on Red Hair Shanks when the ground violently shook beneath them.
"An earthquake?" Killer asked, wary. Such tremors were rare, even in the New World.
Hawkins, atop his elk, approached with a grave expression. "Something bad is coming. I need to do a divination immediately."
Apoo scoffed, showing disdain. "Hawkins, you're always overreacting. It's just a regular quake."
Hawkins ignored him, drawing his divination cards. They shimmered with an eerie light, sliding into a pattern that spelled certain doom. His calm face turned grim.
"Something's wrong," Killer said, leaning closer. "What is it, Hawkins?"
Even Apoo, skeptical by nature, trusted Hawkins' abilities. The calm, methodical pirate rarely displayed surprise, but now Hawkins' face betrayed deep concern.
"It's not about Red Hair Shanks," Hawkins finally muttered.
A collective sigh of relief arose. If it wasn't their target, then perhaps they could continue their schemes uninterrupted.
"Then what is it?" Apoo demanded. "Stop making a fuss and tell us!"
Hawkins swallowed, trembling slightly. "It's… about Uranus. Its activation."
The room fell silent. Uranus—the weapon of legend that had dominated pirate fantasies for centuries. Even Kid's excitement could not be contained.
"Hawkins, where is it? If we can seize Uranus, ruling the world wouldn't even be a dream!" Kid's voice trembled with anticipation. Killer, Apoo, and the others gathered, listening intently.
Hawkins shook his head. "Don't joke. Uranus has already been activated. The world trembles because of its power. The one who activated it possesses energy comparable to Ashveil."
Shock rippled through the group. Another warrior on Ashveil's level? Who could wield such overwhelming strength?
"The divination shows the user is a young man, barely twenty," Hawkins continued. "In this world, only Ashveil could be capable of facing such a weapon directly."
The pirates' jaws dropped. A human—Ashveil—was now capable of challenging a power designed to rival gods. Even with Uranus' destructive force, the battle would be beyond comprehension.
Apoo's voice trembled. "Even if it's Ashveil, he's still human… can he really win?"
Hawkins' expression darkened. "I cannot say for certain. The energy levels are beyond any calculation. This is unlike anything I've ever seen. Even my divinations falter under its scale."
High above the world, King observed the trembling globe. From his vantage point, he saw continents shuddering, the seas roiling, and landscapes reduced to chaos.
Panic gripped him. The source of such terrifying energy—was it near the Whitebeard Pirates? If so, Kaido could be in grave danger. He could not allow harm to befall Lord Kaido, no matter the scale of the disaster.
Elsewhere, deep within a secluded forest, a colossal war machine emerged from the ground. Tens of thousands of propellers churned violently, generating gale-force winds wherever it passed. Its body, hundreds of meters long and wide, was composed entirely of Sea Stone, bristling with cannons that radiated unnatural energy.
Monsters below fled in terror. Witnesses across the world stared in disbelief.
"What… what is that?!"
"It's terrifying…"
"It could be the cause of the earthquake!"
"Yes, that's possible! It's unlike anything we've ever seen."
The awakening of Uranus had begun. Black smoke billowed from its massive body, and at the speed of light, the war machine surged toward the Whitebeard Pirates.
"Look! What is that in the sky?" Fire Fist Ace shouted, pointing upward.
All eyes followed. The colossal war machine, Uranus, loomed larger than any island, its presence suffocating.
"Uranus… the weapon capable of destroying the world!" Whitebeard Edward Newgate muttered, shock evident in his voice.
Even the strongest man alive could not ignore the looming threat. Uranus, once the stuff of legend, had returned. The Celestial Dragons had always controlled it, and now, the impossibility of overthrowing the gods' rule was laid bare.
