Chapter 207 - 207: Uranus (4/4)

"Imu-sama, deal with this human who dares defy the will of us Celestial Dragons!"

"Yes! Show no mercy, Imu. Blast his body to dust! A low-class human like him is unworthy of existence!"

"That's right! Why fear a mere human? We Celestial Dragons embody the will of the gods themselves!"

The surrounding Celestial Dragons shouted their commands to Imu, their voices echoing through Holy Land Mary Geoise.

Meanwhile, in the slave quarters, a muscular figure's eyes glimmered faintly—a hint of emotion that should not have existed in a being transformed into a cyborg by the genius Vegapunk.

This was Tyrant Kuma, the former Shichibukai, whose programming should have suppressed all human feelings. Yet his eyes shone with resolve, and he slowly turned his head toward the massive screen in Holy Land Mary Geoise.

"Will this battle determine the fate of the entire world?" Kuma muttered.

The chains restraining him fell to the floor with a clatter. After days of enduring captivity as a disguised automaton, he had been waiting for this moment.

Though Ashveil was not a member of his Revolutionary Army, his ideals were noble, and Kuma knew that this human could save the world. That was all that mattered.

A nearby Celestial Dragon, who had treated Kuma as a mere mount, noticed him standing. Shock and fury filled his eyes. This lowly slave had defied his commands without permission—a provocation unimaginable to the high and mighty rulers.

"Slave No. 1, kneel now, or face my punishment!" the Celestial Dragon barked.

Guards rushed forward, but before they could act, a massive bear paw appeared, and the attackers vanished from sight. Only the Celestial Dragon remained, frozen in terror.

"You… should feel pain," Kuma said gravely, his voice calm yet commanding. "But this should be the last time you ever feel it. Your body cannot endure this."

A surge of mysterious energy shot into the Celestial Dragon, followed by a terrifying, pig-like shriek.

Having freed himself, Kuma seized two hostages, learning that the Revolutionary Army, in an attempt to rescue him, had been defeated by a formidable swordsman and were now unaccounted for.

Without hesitation, Kuma rushed to the previous battlefield. There, he found Revolutionary Army Dragon, grievously wounded from the earlier explosion. Kuma helped him up, channeling energy through his palms until Dragon's eyes slowly opened.

"Dragon! You're awake!" Kuma exclaimed.

Dragon blinked, astonished. "Kuma… you're alive. Am I dreaming?"

"You're not dreaming. I've escaped from the Celestial Dragons. I need the help of South Army Commander Lindbergh. Do you know where he is? We need him to transmit something to Ashveil" Kuma asked urgently.

Dragon's eyes widened as he absorbed the gravity of Kuma's words.

"Are you certain Ashveil made it " Dragon asked.

"Yes. Even Swordsman Bickley, who once crushed our entire team, would have fallen to him," Kuma replied. "Imu activating Uranus confirms that she fears Ashveil's strength. He truly is a formidable force."

Dragon's expression turned serious. Witnessing the live broadcast from Holy Land Mary Geoise, he could no longer doubt Ashveil's power.

"Then tell me quickly, Dragon. We need Lindbergh's communication device to relay critical information to Ashveil. This message could determine the course of the world!" Kuma pressed.

Dragon nodded gravely. "Lindbergh, like me, was badly wounded by Bickley and is currently unaccounted for. He should be nearby."

Kuma immediately began a meticulous search. Through his efforts, Sabo, Crow, Ivankov, and eventually Lindbergh were located, all recovering from their injuries.

When Lindbergh learned of the situation, his eyes widened in shock. Kuma did not waste time.

"Lindbergh, Ashveil is currently fighting the war machine to protect the world. Give me the communication device now. Only with it can we help him defeat Uranus and save the world!"

Normally, the book-loving, gentle Kuma would have checked on each team member's injuries before acting. But this was no ordinary day. The fate of humanity hung in the balance. Kuma, the Revolutionary, knew the secrets of Uranus—and there was no time to lose.
