Chapter 211 - 211: Shattering the Heavens

The tremors rolled through the Red Line, the Grand Line, and even the New World, sending every landmass into chaos. Across seas and islands, people's faces drained of color as they staggered, fear gripping their hearts. They could sense this quake did not come from beneath the earth, but from something colliding in the sky, a collision so immense it shook the world itself.

"Something enormous just crashed above us… what is happening?" whispers and panicked cries echoed from every corner. Families abandoned their homes, fleeing in terror with wide, dazed eyes.

But above their fear, a relentless force was at work. Imu refused to yield. From the skyborne fortress Uranus, she unleashed terrifying energy bombs. The air rippled with destructive power as bolts of crackling energy descended toward the world below.

Yet facing her onslaught was Ashveil. In his hand gleamed his mighty sword, and as the missiles hurtled toward him, he struck. Blade met blast again and again, each cannonball detonating mid-flight under the force of his strikes.

Step by step, Ashveil closed the distance to Uranus. And then, under the mental command of Ashveil, his sword rose high, eyes glowing with unshakable authority.

A maelstrom of power swirled upon the blade: the earth-shattering force of the Tremor-Tremor Fruit, the frozen might of the Ice-Ice Fruit, and the regenerative blue-flame phoenix of the Phoenix ability. All those powers merged, infused with Ashveil's Conqueror's Haki, converging on the blade until it glowed with shifting, multicolored light, humming with pure destructive energy.

Above them, the sky reacted, roiling between clear blue and storm-dark gray. Lightning crackled down as the earth convulsed beneath their feet.

With a violent arc, Ashveil slashed toward Uranus. The impact cut a mark through the sky itself, space unraveling as blade met ether. A massive spatial rift tore open, and through the tear, bizarre creatures from other dimensions stared back at Imu, their forms shifting and alien.

Imu's face turned ashen. Her eyes widened in disbelief.

"You must be joking," she whispered, almost to herself. "It… it breached space itself?"

Before she could react further, Ashveil's slash drove straight toward the top of Uranus. Imu scrambled inside the cockpit, frantically pressing buttons to warn of evasive maneuvers.

But nothing could escape that blow. With one thunderous crash the mountain supporting Uranus split in half. The ground below shattered and collapsed, gaping wide as energies converged and annihilated each other. In an instant a vast section of earth vanished into nothingness.

Imu stood frozen, her mind unable to comprehend it. Ashveil—rumored to stand above even the gods of old—had just demonstrated a power beyond mortal reckoning.

How could one even evade such a slash, one that cut through space itself?

At that moment the forces of the Revolutionary Army rallied. On the airwaves of Holy Land Mary Geoise, their voices finally crackled through:

"Uranus! The strongest of the world's three ancient weapons is not invincible!"

The world fell quiet for a heartbeat — and then erupted.
